This would be great if I didn't have to buy a new collar every 2 months because they stop working. They aren't reliable at all. The door works great after 3 years, it's the collars that quit working. It's ridiculous and expensive!!

This item broke 4 times since purchased. Ridiculous.

The color has no quick clip like the one that comes with the door.

The door is too long in height. I have not been able to install it anywhere in our new house

This extra collar did not work!!!

I have ordered four times and one didn't work at all and now I have one that just fell apart while on the dog. So I will be making my 2nd return this week.

Works good

I really like it but it could be so much better with a little more flexibility with attachement options. I’d like to be able to attach it to other collars my dog uses but it’s really hard to do with the current design. I have to keep a supply because my dogs keep breaking them open.

Needs a screw keeps coming apart.

the first one I received had come apart during shipping and was inoperable. The second one that replaced it worked great until it came apart about a week later. I am ordering the third one now.

Allows the dog and the cat to go in-and-out at will. Greatly reduced the number of accidents in the house, and we're not getting awakened to go out in the middle of the night. On the down side it is a proprietary battery and when it dies it dies quickly, So keeping a spare on hand is recomended.

Easy to use and worked great!

When it works it is fine however in the first week the cover fell off and did not work. I was smart on the second one and taped the cover on. Once again bad luck...In less than three weeks the battery went out leaving my cat out in the rain for 3 days. Once again I have replaced it so we will see how long this will last! In the meantime my cat only comes in for meals and shuns me the rest of time!! I will try to change the battery and see how the old one will work as it is quite expensive to keep reordering.

Cheap fell apart first week

No indeed not the face part came off and this is the third sets I have ordered from different companies but all same product. They are not strong for dogs that go in fields would be great for yard dogs. Need to be made in the collars instead of the small loop run through the collar I've even attach

Works great with the door. The collar that comes with the battery pack is very cheap. I have to zip tie the pack onto their collars because slot is too skinny to slip onto their collars. Cumbersome and poor design

Works very well. My little dog has no problem with it.

This is beyond excellent. We can now leave the house and not worry about getting back before they need to go out. Our old pet door let them go out but it allowed other critters to come in. So why not 5 stars? The collar is substandard. It slips and has to be tightened regularly. One has a clip which helps but I couldn’t get the others with a clip.

This product does not work it says it is waterproof and it is not dog can't even bend down to get drink out of his bowl if it even gets a little wet or malfunction when it won't work anymore very disappointed gone through like four of these already

Battery life die quick

The automatic door wasn't hard for my dogs to get use to using. I Like the freedom of them going out by themself. Also saving heating cost over just having flats for them to go in and out. My small dog would not use the doors with the flaps and most of the time I had to leaving the flap door open for him. But took to the automatic door immediately. I would recommended purchasing the automatic door.

Very good product lm very happy with it

I purchased two of these when I bought the door and they both stopped functioning after 6 months, new batteries did not solve the problem. I will buy another as there are no other alternatives. The door is nice but the transmitter is not built to last. They will only stay in one piece with the addition of clear tape.

The sensor works well, but the collar needs a quick clip on (break away) latch in case the dog get caught on something. I rigged something to hold the sensor to his regular collar. The org. collar kept coming loose.

I love these collars and how they work with the door. However, the construction and viability is weak. I have a Great Dane, and a Miniature Pinscher/Pug mix. I bought two collar devices. Both collar devices attach to whichever collar on the dog. However, the construction is a challenge, as the top portion of the electronic device pops off, often. At this point, I have only one device, which is functional, because, one collar device popped off outdoors, in the snow. The concept is amazing. However, the company should work on function. The collar device needs to be easily removed/replaced with a quick clip, and has to be durable. At this point, I’m not sure how to reconcile the issue, as half the device is gone. The device would be worthwhile, but function is critical.
