A Very good product.

We have a home built in the 1960's. And finding odd ball items can be difficult. These shutters are well made and fit perfectly in place of the old rotted ones. We had no issues with shipping. Would definitely recommend these.

Beautiful shutters!

Well packaged, timely shipped, nice product.

The shutters cracked and the paint peeled during the first winter I had them. I have since returned the shutters and am replacing with composite. Double check that wood is cured before shipment or upon arrival.

We ordered 5 sets of shutters. After putting the shutters on the house the raised panels shifted/settled, and seem to continue to do so, exposing the raw wood around each panel. Maybe the wood was still wet and is now shrinking. One set of shutters split (not where they were attached to the house) and had to be removed and returned to Home Depot. The manufacturer did provide us with a gallon of the paint they used at the factory and we have had to repaint the shutters. The continue to shrink and we will need to touch up again.

Would have been excellent if mounting brackets were included or at least available at my Home Depot store. As it is, I am going to have to purchase brackets from another manufacturer

Product arrived on time, in perfect condition and were the crowning touch to my new exterior windows!
