The moulding itself was good. The delivery was a hassle, it was the supplier who kept delaying the delivery. Hopefully it will last long.

Product itself is pretty, light weight, exact to size. Will look good once we figure out how to install on our own. We are VERY handy people, btw. INSTRUCTIONS ARE HORRIBLE AND BASICALLY NON EXISTENT!!! It is even hard to find ANYTHING online as well, esp when it comes to installing on current siding. Instructions are basically like this: Have tools handy (glue, attachment pieces (random and doesnt specify sizes or etc), tools. Glue and attach window crosshead with tools to surface and caulk. Now, I'm paraphrasing.... but trust me, they are awful. Their site, instructions, etc should have better. Attach to brick like so... to stucco like so.... to vinyl (new) like this and vinyl (existing) like this.... But nope! Good luck!

The item was exactly as we ordered it. The fit and finish were good. The item took longer than expected to arrive and nobody could track the shipment.

I have tried to get this product delivered without being damaged twice. The material is just too fragile to be used in a length more than 4-6 feet. When you use it in shorter lengths it may be fine, but the product is just too fragile for long lengths. It was received cracked already during shipping.
