I ordered 2 of the Eglo Parma track lights online and they look very nice in my kitchen. I love the lighting that the bulbs give off and it was a plus that the bulbs were included. The only issue encountered when being installed was that one of the bulb fixtures was slightly off and it took about 30 minutes to readjust and twist the bulb in with the tool included.

Initially I loved this lighting fixture. It looks much better online compared to out of the box. I've owned this product for 4 1/2 years, and it has shown several major defects over time. First, the rotator cuff on the end of each light fixture wears out after about three years and no longer holds its place. I haven't adjusted the direction of the lights since I installed the track, but now the lights will only point to the ground. I tried to raise them back up, but they sag right back down. So unless you want a track that has lights pointing directly at the ground, I don't recommend this product. Second, the glass heads cannot be removed, which makes it VERY difficult to insert the light bulbs. The end of the glass heads is about 2 1/2 inches wide, so unless you have a very TINY hand, you cannot insert the light bulbs. Third, it's even more difficult to insert the bulbs because they don't screw in - they have two prongs that you have to forcefully shove into place - which is difficult to accomplish once you finally fit your hand inside the glass. Fourth, the halogen light bulbs themselves are expensive (which you MUST buy separately), and you MUST wear gloves to insert the light bulb into place (any oil/residue from your hands will decrease the life of the bulb to only 3 months - where the bulbs should last up to two years). Fifth, the manufacturer's warranty on this product is only 12 months - don't let the 3-5 year warranty info posted in the product description fool you. Sixth - the glass has gray/white lines, compared to the white glass shown online. Seventh - the lights are extremely dim (you can't use more than 40watt bulbs). I have the 4 light fixture and it doesn't provide very much light (each bulb produces as much light as a night light). Eight - the lights don't slide back and forth down the track. They are stationary. See my pictures for evidence of the product defects. I also added a picture to show what the center of the track looks like because there isn't a picture on Home Depot's website to show what it looks like.

Very attractive design but a little time consuming to install for a couple reasons. Straightforward install; however the screw with decorative ball that is used to attach the light to the box is way too short and makes it difficult to get in the hole while pushing the wires inside so they don't stick out. The shades were also difficult to install on mine, because the sockets that you screwed on to were not centered and therefore made it very difficult to get the nut on that holds the shade in place. Because of these things it took me about 50 mins to install by myself. If I didn't have these problems it probably would've only taken about 20 mins. Very attractive design however. The light produced is more yellow than I'm used to but very bright. BTW This light does come with bulbs included. Instructions don't clearly say this, but never touch these halogen bulbs with your fingers. Oil on your fingers will make the bulb burn out faster.

I got it on a clearance sale, its Very nice. I install it in my bathroom and it looks awesome. For the price , it never looked better.

Good but not great. Light amount wasn't as good as a similar light fixture bought 2 years ago. The instructions lacked detail. Mounting was difficult.

The install was ok, but thought it could have looked better. We quickly found out the bulbs don't last long, and can't find replacement LCD's that will fit the unit. Also, we cannot remove the old bulbs easily. I don't like these lights!

the light looks really nice. problem is that i had to return the light from being utterly frustrated while trying to install it. could not even finish installing it after several hours and 3 people helping. it would have worked fine if not for the fact that the center screw and nut that holds the light to the ceiling was a pain to install, and then the screw that comes thru the bottom of the fixture for the decorative ball to screw on to, was to big to fit thru the fixture. we had to use brute force and take it down numerious times to adjust the screw and bolt to the right length. we never got it right and finally gave up and took it down and returned it. overall, this light was horribly designed.

Bought 2 and returned for store credit. Comes with a pastic tool to change the light bulbs. Tool melted on the light and smelled for hours.

fixture exceeded my expectations. Particularly liked the lite covers.

Did a complete kitchen renovation and this light is a million times better than the single light bult I used to have! Nickel looks nice, very modern and the light is good, not overly bright. Contractor installed it so I don't know how easy/hard it was to add.

The only complaint is the fixture came with three bulbs, the fourth was MIA. This fixture was installed in a finished basement where the ceilings are a bit lower. Because this fixture is close to the ceiling, it was the perfect lighting solution with a modern look and feel.

I would recommend this manufactures product to all my friends. Home Depot delivered it very quickly. Totally satisfied.

I'm really happy with this product. I had an electrician install it so I have no idea how easy or hard it was to do. It gives me a lot of light in my kitchen where I placed it. The only downside is putting the bulbs in which you have to do with a tool that's provided. Some type of tiny LED lights that you're not supposed to touch.
