This brackets were a life saver. Are railing looks awesome. We would have never been able to get the angles without them.

I used this kit to help with building a railing down my porch steps. The installation of these pieces were a breeze and helped make the planning process without having to worry about getting to technical with the stairs. the brackets come pre-assembled. to assemble the railings you will want to remove the mounting brackets first and install those to the posts then reassembled the but and bolt as the final assembly. My only complaints is that because the brackets come pre-assembled the nuts for the bolts are only finger tight. with the bolts being shirt. we were missing 2 of the 4 nuts. luckily the nuts are a common size and easy to find at Homedepot. My other complaint is because the bolts included are about 2 threads too short to full extend through the nut. I think i only got about 1 full rotation on the nut before it was snug against the bracket. I worry that these will become loose and become lost over time. something to keep an eye on. You may need a second set of hands to install the brackets as these are not screwed or bolted to the top or bottom rail. these just sit. and you will need to guide these into 4 brackets at the same time.

The brackets were just what I needed for the angled corners of my deck. They were easy to install an the finished product looks great!

These brackets are made very well and accomplish what they were designed for, however I see no clean method of securing them when you have them set for the proper angle. My stair handrail relies on the friction or lack of to keep the brackets from turning. There needs to be a clean method of securing them.

Handrail system works well but is not really a DIY project. Had to hire help.

These pivot mounts allowed me to install a railing on an irregularly shaped deck. They look very nice as part of the railing, and are very secure.

very sturdy, looks good, easy to install. Necessary for stair railing. highly recommend a close-quarter drill (90 degree attachment). Only need it for one side of these mounts; just buy a cheap one (~20$).

The pilot mount kit help to assembly the stair railing. Would be nice if the holes are horizontal for mounting on post.

We needed to replace a rusty wrought iron stair railing on our front porch and opted for the EZ rail system. The EZ railing and accessories have a very nice powder coated finish and are a big improvement over the old railing. This pivot mount kit is sold separately, but, it is a must when installing the railing for stairs. This makes it so much easier to get the angle correct for positioning the railing on your home.

These hinged stair rail end are the way to go for faster attachment of rails on stairways. These are not mandatory, although with these ends your angle cuts can be off an 1/8 in. Plus, the they make the job more professionally finished. Great heavy duty product.

These are the connectors for the EZ Handrail system to be used on the posts to accomodate the angle of a ramp or stairs. These should be installed prior to the posts being attached to the stairs or the new footings for a ramp. These are pricey but do the job.

They look nice and worked very well on the hand rails for the front porch stairs.
