Im pleased with this new door handle set, it is heavy, sturdy and nice looking!

The door handle was bent as a result of Superstorm Sandy. The handle replacement was easy to install. All the parts and pieces I could possibly need were included in the package. My total installation time was under 30 minutes and the finished product looked just like a brand new door.

Heavy weight, solid. Better than the original hardware. Requires some customizing for a good fit.

I absolutely love it. I had my old one on for about 8 years and it looked horrible. the only thing that I wasn't thrilled about which is minor, is that the stamped "Anderson" is very faint, not like the original one that came with my door.

The handle arrived scratched up. Not oil-rubbed bronze color as stated, more black color. One would think they would inspect it before shipping out product.

I received this lock in a supposed oil rubbed bronze today in the mail and promptly returned it to the local Home Depot. First off, the color was in no way an oil rubbed bronze...it was more like a blackish gray. I have an Andersen lock on my french doors in oil rubbed bronze and this one was nothing like that at all. The item itself was completely scratched and worn with fingerprints all over it. It looked like it had been on somebody's door for about 10 years. Very dissapointed. I will be ordering this item directly from Andersen now...

THE SET WAS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED AND WAS VERY EASY TO INSTALL.THE DIRECTIONS WERE CLEAR AND EASY TO FOLLOW.VERY PLEASED.

Even though I have an Anderson product, unfortunately I had to return the product as universal doesn't mean one size fits all!
