I purchased 2 pkgs of this weatherstriping and it will not stick around the door. Everytime I go into the room it's hang down and it ticks me off, then I have to restick it. It's a bummer. I need a refund. Only thing I like is that it's wide enough.

We used this weather strip at the base of an outdoor sun shade blind, where the old weatherstrip was deteriorating. The weather strip prevents the blind's metal from banging loudly on the window, and it works very well. The stickiness is just right! I think it will be on there for a while!

Perfectly sealed the gaps. Only issue is adhesive could be a little stronger. Had to apply adhesive to keep in tact. Otherwise it’s a good product!

used this product on a garage door that has a high spot and instead of grinding concrete i used tis product worked great customer was thrilled they saved money and it sealed great

I used this product to help seal an attic hatch. 10 feet is not large enough for a standard door, but for an attic hatch one roll is enough. The self stick adhesive requires a decent amount of time and pressure to work correctly, but once it does stick it holds fairly well. May not be well suited for a frequently used opening.

Very strong rubber weather-strip. I would say it is more rubbery than foamy which is more durable. I used this on the seal for an enclosed snowmobile trailer. The self adhesive feature was nice and stuck very well to aluminum. Compressed nicely and did a good job of keeping road salt out. The only negative is that the last few inches of the roll gets all crumpled up from being rolled tightly but they give you a little extra so I guess it balances out

This foam weather strip works well, It comes in an 10 ft roll that is 9/16 wide by 5/16 tall 1/4 tall. The foam itself has a nice feel to it and has fairly small cells and is very flexible. The adhesive is quite good but not outstanding, It stuck well on latex paint and metal, it would even re-stick after I pulled it off and put it back on. It seems to hold and recover it's shape well after being compressed. All in all decent weather strip that does what it is supposed to do.

A 10'roll of of adhesive backed 'rubber' Profile is in the picture. About 0.6" wide and 0.3" tall (uncompressed), squeezes down to about 0.1". I used this on a couple of horizontal 'slider windows'. On the closing / sealing side. Easy to apply and fit in place. Took me longer to remove / replace the curtains and window than to actually apply the weatherstrip. Remove the window; measure lenght & cut a length of gasket to match, pull of the backing strip, attach it to the window edge, reinstall the window. Depending on your window, that 0.1" may not allow sufficient closure of the window to secure the latch. Mine are on the 2nd floor and not an issue. .

Very pleased with the quality of this weather stripping tape. It is tough to cut with smaller scissors so it’s a nice dense product. The tape also holds up well. I’m using it for a different purpose, to cushion a glass pane on my home made arcade cabinet against the frame so it does not rattle. And it does a great job. It was very easy to apply, the tape quickly straightened out and was not tough to work with. It’s a little shy of a half inch thick but squishes to about 1/4 inch.

Great ribbed self stick weatherseal! So very easy to use, remove old seal along with all left over residue, peel the backing on the new weatherseal and apply with pressure along the edge of the stop molding, then cut excess off with scissors. No more drafts!! This weather stripping fills in gaps from 1/8 to 5/16 and can be used in homes, auto and marine and is energy smart.

It is a very high quality weather stripping for the doors and windows, so that you can save on your energy bill. Since the quality is great the price also is premium, but it is worth it since it has a 10 year warranty, which means that you will not have to worry about the weather stripping for many years to come. I see that they have even put a premium self stick tape with fiberglass threads inserted, which will hold it in place without breaking.

It sticks very well and is well made, quality material. This is a top quality general purpose weather strip from what I've experienced. The rubber is sturdy and the ribbed material is thick. This particular item is for bigger gaps and does a great job at keeping the air out. I used it on the basement door where there's about 1/2" gap at the bottom and not only does the adhesive stick, the ribbed material is not wearing down or pulling off when the door is opened. This is good stuff!

The product was perfectly fine but I had used the self checkout machine and the self checkout machine consumed my $20bill but only recognized it as $1. The store representative stated the machine only recognized $1 inserted and nothing can be done. In the end, I just paid my $11 product with my credit card but since the machine ate my $20 bill, it means I paid triple the price for my $11 product. I will never use the self checkout with cash at a Home Depot again. In addition, the Home Depot representative’s customer service attitude made me feel like a liar as a customer.

Easy to apply. Seems to work very well. Giving it a month to make sure it stays that way. Then will buy two more.

Installed easily. One been installed one week. If product last as advertised, the rating would be higher.

Worked as expected. Would like it if it came in different thicknesses.
