This dust bag provided by customer service home depot, was not compatible whit my hand planer whom also purchase at home depot

The Dewalt Dust bag Model #DW7053 Fit right on my DEWALT 15 Amp Corded 8.25 in. Compact Jobsite Tablesaw Model # DWE7485 blade guard easily.

Would have gotten 5 stars except it says ALL miter saws. Got it on my Makita w slight mod (tape). Other than that works as promised.

Ordered a replacement dust bag and picked up at the local HD. Received in about 1 week, product was as advertised, new and in box. Fit Dewalt saw perfectly. So easy to install you can do it standing on your head...see the picture.

This bag is too small to be really useful. I don't have the option to install a dust control system and have to use a bag. I didn't check whether DeWalt has other size bags or not. It will only be a handful of cuts before it is full and has to be emptied. Expect to have to empty multiple times when making a lot of cuts. The adapter also fits internally on the dust exhaust port of my DWS780. I expect that to create a clogging issue. This bag damages DeWalt's reputation as a quality manufacturer. This item is to separate the consume from their money and isn't intended to be a quality product.

Replaced the deteriorating bag on my 12 “miter

The bad does what it's supposed to do though I had to turn it inside out and cut the excess fabric from the bag inlet that was blocking all the sawdust. Careless assembly. And why did it have to be shipped to me? It should be a staple in the store. Only 4 stars for the sloppy assembly.

This dust bag works poorly and picks up very little dust. I believe the problem is the adapter they included that narrows the dust collection path significantly.

Yes, the bag significantly reduced the amount of wood dust spread from sawing and made it easy to empty from the bag into the trash can.
