This product was chipping and peeling within the first week after install. I was extremely disappointed because I spent more money for a brand name product to specifically avoid this situation.

Heavy duty and good function. However, I called to specifically inquire about the oil rubbed bronze finish. This product is not rubbed bronze ( no bronze visible) but black. They were installed before I saw them so now do not match my faucet. If you are looking for rubbed bronze this is not your product.

We bought the matte black strainer and loved the color with our white Kohler sink. After 8 weeks the paint has started chipping off around the edges. What makes it worse is that we paid a significant sum of money for a professional to install it. We certainly do not want to buy a new one and have to pay another installation fee. Very disappointed and expected more from a Kohler product.

Purchased the Kohler brand not only because of their commitment to quality but also design and function of their products. I purchased this in the matt black to go with my sink. This has been installed just over a year ago. I felt Kohler brand would have lasted longer.

I always buy Kohler products because I believe that they are the best however after receiving the product I was surprised that the strainer was defective.. how did this pass inspection or quality control

I only had this for months And the black color started to pull off don’t purchase I bought everything in my kitchen Kholer Sink Faucet Drains Thought I was getting quality very disappointed

It felt like good quality and we are not rough on our sink, but it's already chipping. It was installed only 6 months ago. Warranty should cover a replacement so hopefully that isn't too hard to get a different color...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed with this purchase. Shorty after installed the 'black' paint starting chipping away, if I wanted silver, I would have bought silver. What a hassle it will be to change this one out. For the name and the money - I'm really disappointed. It looks terrible.

Had this installed in 2 sinks..since day one they will not hold water...is there a fix? Can anything be done?

When you are buying parts for your sink; especially in the Kitchen, quality parts matter. This is a quality part.

The black finish is powder coated and unlike the other finishes available. The black chips within almost two weeks, and unfortunately despite replacement, only has a one year warranty. Chips over and over again.

At first this product was a bit on the expensive side but the quality and design surely justified the reason. This product is made very well and it was very easy to install. In fact when install you have three tension screws when install correctly will guaranteed a leak free installation.

Bought this to go in my Kohler Sink. Have had them for a few months now, no problems. Easy to clean, easy to adjust. One of them came opened in the box and missing parts, which sucked, but Home Depot customer support made it right and sent a replacement!

Actually looks more black than the Oil Rubbed Bronze but still went well with faucet

I knew I wanted a quality product for my new Farm Sink. I was surprised to find the Kohler brand available at the Home Depot. It is great to know that I didn't have to order on line and wait. The product is extremely solid. Great quality and the shine on it will last forever. Love it. Thanks so much!

This is one of the best faucets I've bought , I totally love it, it looks great, the "pullout" hose feature...AWESOME!and the sink strainer is terrific as well.....I also bought my backsplash tiles from Home Depot........I actually don't want to leave my sink area it just looks so great....the best! BTW...bought my counter top to match my faucet from Home Depot as well...You can really get a great look from hooking up everything there.....

I ordered an entire kitchen sink set of pieces from the online store (ie, sight unseen!), and was totally happy with the quality and appearance of the items. Installation was very easy and the finished sink looks and works great.

A lady help me. The records showed zero in stock. She looked and looked at saw the one I wanted was on the very top. She was very helpful show me the other parts I needed for installation. She knew exactly what I needed.

Who knew that my brand new Kohler sink did not come with a strainer. My plumber said that he had one that would work, but it felt light and flimsy, so I ordered this one. What a difference it made. Not only is it better built, but it matched the color of the stainless steel sink we had installed. The quality is definitely worth the price. I am very pleased with this strainer and it fit perfectly.

It's only been about a week, but so far, I love it. It's heavy duty, and well worth the extra money.
