Expected to receive 4 Dupont FPR10 air filters . However, receive 4 unbrand with no filteration rating product. See picture. Typically, Air filter brand and rating will be printed on air filter body.

my only issue so far is that the 4 filters came in a cardboard box no rapping no anything there just reg white filters I'd like them to have been in packaging so I know there what I bought thies could be dollar store junk for all I know

Product came loose in a brown box. Nothing on any of the 4 filters show them to be the product purchased. There is no verbiage indicating the product is a Dupont filter. Nothing on them shows them to be Platinum FPR 10 Maximum Allergen Air Filters. I will be returning them to the nearest Home Depot for a refund and will not purchase this product again from Home Depot. I am very disappointed Home Depot wasted my time and energy.

Ordered these because 3M brand, my regular brand were not available. Installed these in two different locations, two different sizes. Both filters are about 1/2 inch too small length and also the width. Every-time the a/c-heat cycles the fan, the filter make a bang as he filter is sucked into the housing, also where the fan goes off the filter drops with a bang. I had the again remove the filter a tape cardboard to two of the sides. This help for a bit but again they are doing it again, I will have to add more cardboard. Unless you are into this drill, DO NOT BUY.

I ordered 3 of this item - total of 12 filters. What I received was a box containing 2 plastic bags with 6 filters in each. No identification on the filters to indicate manufacturer or anything else. FiIters were sent from some Filter company - not Home Depot. I returned them. Very disappointed

Waste of my time. No marks but size. No manufacturer listed. Size only. BS. I bet my credit card shows DuPont??? A paper sales insert isn't what I would expect for a filter. What is the level of filtering? Knock Off!

I don’t know if I got what I paid for since there is no barcode or information stating what brand it is. No packaging is around the filters either. Just a stamped size of the filters.

Filters are working like expected. The only problem I have with order was the almost 3 weeks it took to get them and the filters didnt come in any kind if packaging identifying the product. For all I know i could have been shipped cheap or off brand filters.

The filters that arrived didn’t look like the ones shown on the website. The filters had no name brand or labels. I returned them to the store because they were not what I ordered.

These filters as with all filters will lastuntil they clog. 3 people in our house no pets, no smoking, little frying or roasting last 2 to three months. to check them look for the filter deform toward the furnace-air handler an inch or more says I'm dirty 2 inches says I've reduced your air flow and I'm costing you money. These are high efficiency filters it isn't the filter that causes problems like frozen coils and low heat the problem is the dirt that they have trapped.

Excellent for micro dust and allergens

Did not have the opportunity to use and evaluate. A package of 4 was ordered. One filter was delivered as the full shipment, billed at ~$60 for the one 3/4 inch cardboard filter. Returned to the store. Store does not stock the filter either as a single or the package of four. The automated phone service was zero help.

The package arrived with four bare filters with no other indication of the grade or manufacturer to support that they were the filters ordered.. It was returned to the local Home Depot and a refund issued.

These filters last longer than other filters.

Could breathe easier within a day or two. Great filter.

For the price, ($104 for 4) my expectation is that these would be high quality. I have not noticed a difference in air quality in my home, and I am very disappointed give the price point and what the product advertises.

The filters didn’t came wrapped, or being marked as Dupont. It doesn’t look like the picture either outside of the white cardboard. Could be any cheap filter for all I know.

Worked very well to filter the air, even removes odors. Left the air smelling sterile. Flow rate was reduced from the start, but adequate. Probably the 4 pack will last as long as a single filter with less capability. Upgrades my air conditioner system.

Great filter! It traps everything and when you go to change the filter and look at the opposite side of air flow it looks whiter. Not much gets through. Sturdy frame too. Will buy again!
