Poor customer service - door handle does not fit
I can't recommend this shower door. The quality of the glass and hinges are good. However the shower door handle does not fit the holes cut into the glass door. Calls to customer service are not answered.
Even with 25years of remodeling experience, the instructions a bit challenging. Rather than providing a single set of instructions for the model you purchased, the instructions cover every model they make and it is up to you to figure out which instructions to follow.

This was a fairly easy install providing you have two people as it’s a very heavy door. I have been doing this kind of stuff for 50 years though. I still think it would be much easier if Dreamline just made a template for drilling the door hinge holes. Nice looking and waterproof.

Pretty disappointed. Super cheap screws. Didn’t even use them. The shower door handle is just cheap brown paint and doesn’t match any of the oil rubbed bronze hinges or panel trim Even the little pull inside of the shower is correct it not the large handle. It looks like they forgot to coat it

Great Choice
Door is as advertised, quality product. Dreamliner should include part numbers and a place to order wearable items such as bottom door seal for future maintenance. After a little research the 5/8 gap at bottom of door seems to be difficult to locate if needed

Very nice door!
The shower door looks great. Would definitely recommend. Very hard to install and heavy. Be very careful and make sure there is at least 2 people installing and picking it up.

Incomplete instructions
The door and hardware are excellent but the instructions are vague and incomplete, they actually miss some steps. If you buy this product go online to the manufacturers web site. The instructions there are more accurate.
