I installed the door first and the stationary glass second, all as per instructions. The stationary glass ended up about 3/8" higher than the door. I think the threshold is not perfectly level thus raising the stationary glass. The good news is my wife didn't notice and is very happy. I was concerned about the 1" channels as I preferred a 100% frameless look but they are hardly noticeable. The package arrived with a chip in the glass and a bent channel. It was promptly replaced, no questioned asked. This is my second DreamLline shower to install and it saved a minimum of $1000 each when compared to a professional installation.

Great looking door. Installed as part of complete bathroom renovation that i did all of myself, but this part definitely requires 2 people for installation. The glass is HEAVY! The walls absolutely need to be very plumb as there is very very little room for adjustment. I was about a 1/4" out between the bottom and top on one side, so I had to place a small shim under the glass bottom to raise it up so that where the door and wall meet would be even. In turn, my wall is slightly of from being level with the door at the top. But I am not a pro, so that is what I get for doing it myself! :) Love the clean look of the door and glass wall. Been installed a few weeks now and have never squeegeed for cleaning after a shower, but the glass clears itself remarkably well.

The size was exactly what we needed. We received the door with no hardware. It took over three weeks to ship the hardware which should’ve been included with the door in the first place. It took several calls to Home Depot and the manufacture. it’s never fit right. There’s still a gap between where the doors come together that leaks. We have taken it down and put it up several different times and it still does not work. This is a piece of junk. Do not buy.

The Door is a beautiful piece, finish on the hinges and glass channel are excellent. We have an issue with function, after our Contractor installed the door We have a 1/8" gap a the top of door and stationary piece of glass when door is closed. Contractor say stationary glass is warped. We tried adjusting door closure to no avail. Kind of a letdown since door is beautiful.

The instructions weren’t as clear as we would have liked, and we were missing the PVC piece to line the bottom of the glass panel side, but overall it worked out and it looks beautiful. Not to mention 1k cheaper than having it done professionally!

Beautiful doors. Swings in and out. Not hard to install.

Top of the door that is used for opening has a piece that needs to be watched.

The glass door so elegane, and make my bathroom looks pretty.

The door fit perfectly on my shower, good quality for the money. Saved a good amount of money by purchasing this door rather than buying from a glass company.

Very pleased, directions were clear. All necessary Hardware for adjustments was included.

Have had the shower doors for several months and am enjoying them very much. Certainly beats fighting off a clingy shower curtain. Easy to clean, especially with a weegee. We installed this ourselves and had no trouble with instructions. However, just know it is very heavy and awkward. So be sure to have help when installing.

I've had comments: wow, it looks like I'm at a resort. Love are doors.

We really enjoy this shower door, now that it is installed. DreamLine has many versions of this basic door. The instructions sent with our door were not the correct ones for our door. This caused a lot of confusion and difficulty in the installation. I am a fairly handy DIY guy, but this was really a pain.

We love this shower door. Door is very heavy. Screws were not the best. We had to get additional screws. Since our opening was less than square due to the tile, we cannot use both water strips along the door and stationary door. We only placed the ware edge on the stationary door. It works, water does not leak out. We couldn't adjust it with the shims either. We've had the door for approx 3-4 months. We are happy with the door.

I installed this door 7 months ago. It is holding up very well. Opens and closes easily. The gaskets are all intact. The hinges are heavy duty. I have had curtains, and sliding doors in the past, this is far superior. Luxury hotel look and feel. The hinge mounting screws are the only thing I had issues with. The heads off 2 screws snapped off during installation. Pilot holes are recommended. I would rate this a moderate to difficult self installation. Dreamline is very clear on this point. Handling pieces of glass this size and aligning the hinges are daunting for the first timer.
