Disappointed in product
The instructions are misleading and places wrong. In the placement of base the web site stated Not placed against the bare studs, that was wrong, then after cutting drywall away other dimensions were wrong. Also the company must own a tape company because it took as long to unpack and cut all the tape as to assemble shower. The screws are either missing or wrong. I called the company for better guidance and felt as though I was bothering or had a condescending employee for asking questions. I did not understand the motor under base and also "What adhesive" was recommended, there are so many panel and construction adhesives out there. Then there is a 16 inch opened door after completion. I had thought I did a great detail of research and never even dreamed that there could be a shower with such small opening. It was a 33 in unit and the opening is completely unacceptable, for me. I was completely dis pleased with the opening but I believe the Unit is very beautiful and sure dresses my new refurbished master bath.

Dear Valued Home Depot Customer, DreamLine goes above and beyond to make sure that our products are more than sufficiently packaged, so they do not sustain any damage during transit. If any damage to the product is found, we can assist you in sending a replacement or opening a case with the shipper. Dreamline takes great care to outline the step-by-step installation process in the manual as clearly as possible. The installation manual on Page 13. Fig 4., clearly states to “Place the tray into the designated position so that the Drain Body drops around the Drain Pipe and butt the Shower Base up against the studs.” The mortar under the base is there to adhere the base to the subfloor as well as add stability. The product description also clearly outlines the dimensions of the door as: "Door walk-in: 16-1/2 in.; two stationary panels: 19 in. and 10-1/2 in." We strongly advise and encourage consumers to review all provided details and information prior to purchasing, to make sure the product will work for them. Our Support Department is available to answer any technical questions, address warranty issues or provide installation assistance at: 1-866-731-2244 or via email at: support@bathauthority.com Monday-Friday 8am-7pm EST.

Cheap Wall Panels
I puchased this full package shower to save time and the expense of tiling the walls. Unfortunately the wall panels are of such poor quality and look that I ended up throwing them away, and will now tile instead.

Dear Valued Home Depot Customer, we have reached out to the manufacturer and their reply is. "Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you were unhappy with the acrylic wall panels. DreamLine's acrylic wall systems are meant to be installed to finished walls and can not be used without backer board behind them. Our acrylic wall panels are comparable to other acrylic walls panels on the market today and well within industry standards for such products. Please contact DreamLine DreamLine Customer Support Team at 866-731-2244 or via email at support@dreamline.com. We are available 8am-7pmEST, Monday through Friday and Saturday from 9am-5pm EST. We are available to discuss any issues with you further. Thank you for your purchase and for your review.
    Very nice unit
Great piece to use in a small bathroom. the glass doors leave the room with an open feeling. Best assembled with a helper, not impossible to do alone. Materials seem to be heavy enough to give years of service.
