Bought this for my then fiancé, now wife over 10 years ago and it still works great. Small but generates great heat in seconds. We use it in our bathrooms in NJ where it can get pretty cold in the winter. Very safe with the kids. Great value

works well , heats well, saves on the KVA (utl bill)

I received this heater in a reasonable amount of time, Works great, packaging seemed good but had a small plastic piece that had broken off, doesn't affect function or appearance. Definately more expensive that other heaters but cranks out a lot of heat.

This little heater is used for a small shower area. It heats up quickly. Temp control works as designed. A good investment overall.

Received this as a gift from a friend to use under my desk at work. What a blessing! I can not control the "CENTRAL AIR" in the building but I can at least keep warm at my desk. Bought another one to warm up the home bathroom to take the chill out of the room and it hardly takes up any space but heats up ALOT OF SPACE.

There is nothing wrong with the unit. It is my fault for buying it to heat an area that is too large. It works great as a small space heater. It does what it is advertised to do. I would highly recommend this product because of its size and power and Home Depot online for its efficiency of handling my order.

This is my sixth purchase of a Disc Furnace III PTC Ceramic Heater since 2005!! They are excellent ...I only had one which required attention while under the 3 year warranty. Pelonis replaced it with a brand new one with another 3 year warranty...Can't beat that for manufacturer support and service!!! I would recommend this product to anyone in need of a economical, efficient, reliable, and safe heater!!! It definitely rates a TEN in my book!!

We have been using Pelonis Disc Furnaces since we first saw one at a home show in Cincinnati in roughly 1986. They are wonderful for heating a room or just a target location. They are safe to operate, using common sense of course, and we seek them out when we need to replace our existing heater (we own two). Our prior units lasted for years with ongoing daily use. Only type of space heater we want.

My husband recently completed our new 10 x 10 laundry room. Since this was a back porch it had no source of heat. We own an older model of this heater and love it so we decided to purchase a new one for the laundry room. Don't let the size fool you. Great heat in a little package. Love it!

This has been the best heater ever. I purchased in 1993 for office use. Has been used year-round ever since (even in the summer). Just started having trouble with the fan last night ... Jan. 2012. Not bad, but I'm mourning the loss and am here looking to replace it. Puts out a lot of heat! Never noticed any "smells". Worth the price.

Very happy with the performance of this unit. It was recommended by a local handyman radio show and lives up to its great review.

So far it does what it is advertised. I will know more when I see how long it holds up.

I absolutely love my Pelonis ceramic heater. It is small, but puts out a lot of heat. It is perfect for a smaller bedroom or bathroom. Plus, it will turn off if tipped over. It was delivered within a couple of days, and I am very excited to have it for the cold winter months ahead.

This a powerful little heater! I can't believe how fast it can warm up 100 - 120 sq ft space. I notice that it does run all the time on a low or maintenance level. I am interested to see what this heater costs per month to opperate on a full time basis. I like it so much I bought a second one for the office.

While it heats well and appears to control temperature reasonably accurately, it smells of burning plastic no matter what surface it is placed on. This is so bad that we've had to stop using it.

I just received my Pelonis Ceramic Heater and I have to say that it puts out a LOT of heat!!!! This small heater is well worth the price and does an extremely nice job, especially for it's size!!! Don't let it's size fool you as you'll be happy!!!!

I bought this with the hope that it'd be an effective garage heater in Minnesota. To be totally fair, I knew that I may have been expecting way too much of it. Sure enough, the cold source air was just way too cold for the disc furnace to work with. Putting my hand right to it, it was barely warm after 15 minutes or so. I'm sure it would put out some nice warm air if the source air was 50+ degrees (like a drafty corner of a house). Also, as others have mentioned here, it has a strong odor that smells a little like burning plastic, which may be unavoidable or harmless, but it is a concern. So, I give this a three-star review, but I do admit that I was asking too much of it.

This little bundle really puts out the heat. We purchased it for my elderly mother's bathroom so her shower time was more pleasant and it turns her large bath into a tropical jungle. YEAH!! No more "cold" complaints.

4.5 Stars out of 5 The heater is small and puts out lots of heat compared to other so called ceramic heaters. I was pleased that it is able to cover an area of 10 by 14 with no problem and It is quieter than I expected. I rarely give a product five stars unless I owned the product and it proved to be reliable for many years. However, I am impressed with the build quality as it borders on heavy duty.

I loved this heater when first received. The heat output is incredible for such a small heater. Over the past week (I've had it for about 1 month), I noticed that the heat is only coming out of 2 of the 4 "honeycombs". I checked the manual and it doesn't give any info what to do if that happens. I'm thinking it's a defect and will see what I can do with the store I purchased it from or the manufacturer.
