Vanity was great, my only issue was that the backsplash...
Vanity was great, my only issue was that the backsplash was two pieces.

About the back splash being cut in 2 pieces. First, it is not part of the purchase. It was only provided as a free courtesy. Second, if this were to be shipped as 1 piece, it breaks most of the time. FYI and thanks again for your kind words.....

The vanity was a piece of junk the company said...
The vanity was a piece of junk the company said their poor quality was “handcrafted imperfections” I will never buy from this company again they told me that their productline would not work for me because I was going to get the same junk.

Tim, As we have discussed over the phone. You have stated repeatedly that you are a custom cabinet maker and have quality standard way above cabinets available in an e-commerce market. While we firmly believe we provided one of the best vanity cabinet lines on the e-tailer market if not the best which has been proven though out our product lines by their reviews. We do agree the areas of your concerns, areas such as inside the cabinet, inside the paint expansion slots are areas that could use improvement, but not something fair to expect from an e-tailer market price at the price point that we provide. After all, these are not areas a customer would or should care and they are not $3-5K custom cabinets like those you build.
For prospective buyers, feel free to look at our reviews as all our products are made with the same care and procedures. We would love to satisfy 100% of our customers, but regretfully, one slipped away here and we do not feel it is right to continue sending cabinets your way if there is areas of concerns we have never feel the need to address over 10 years in business. But we do appreciate any challenges that make us better.

Nice surprise
The vanity is of good quality and color is what I expected. The only part that we were surprised at was the mounting of the sinks, we had to do that. Maybe that was in the fine print but we missed it. I would definitely order again online as we were very impressed. The lady helping when we picked it up was awesome, made sure it was loaded correctly and carefully.

We are very good at surprising customers thinking they will get a box box store level products and receiving a designer showroom level product instead. While pictures might not do justice for the quality we demand on our product lines, certainly positive reviews like this will instill confidence in perspective buyers. Enjoy!!
