This bidet faucet is attractive and very functional. There was one small T-connector missing from the packaging which delayed the installation of the bidet by several days. Kohler was contacted and they readily sent the missing piece.

valves and tubing too small to deliver adequate water to the bidet. Tubing too long to hide below the bidet without kinking, and a kinked tube completely blocks the flow. At least Kohler supplies an extra tube in case you kink one. All in all, this is a terrible value. I am forced to buy another plumbing kit for my bidet, and it will NOT be a Kohler.

Hi Mason, I'm sorry to hear your supply lines are kinking due to the length. If the hoses are too long for your application, we recommend allowing the hoses to be looped, preventing kinking. Flexible hoses
The flexible hoses kink up once connected to the valves and hidden in the base. Will this cause a water flow problem? We haven’t installed it to the water and drain pipes. Very concerned.

Kohler changed the plumbing of the Faucets.Now they do not fit the old Bidet.I have 3 Bidet in my house. When fausets cannot be repaired I must replace
the Bidet.I was a Kohler happy customer ,Now I will never purchase Kohler product because they do thinkabout their loyal customers.

beware transfer valve dimension
The appearance and materials are beautiful. However, the transfer valve was too wide for my 1973 Kohler bidet's top hole. Fortunately, my plumber was able to install without it. Now my bidet does not have water washing down from the sides but works otherwise. NO INDICATION THAT WIDTH DIMENSIONS COULD BE A PROBLEM. BE CAREFUL.

this product was defective
the valve on this set does not fully close when shifting from the front outlet to the bidet, therefore very low pressure when attempting to use for its intended purpose. I need a replacement valve to be sent and I will return the original.
this will cause plumbing subcontractor costs equal to the value of the faucet system since the plumber will have to make a special trip. I am not happy!
