Great phone. Only issue I have is the volume. It's very quiet. Hard to hear people talking sometimes.

Behaves as expected except the ringer is very quiet. Putting a small cooling rack under it brings the ringer volume up to usable. This is with the volume switch on loud.

EXCELLENT

A good, inexpensive analog desk phone. Also includes a data port, or dial tone 'out' jack on the back of the telephone next to the line cord input. A nice feature for many applications including PCI compliance.

It did not work and we are sending it back. First we thought it was the line so we called the phone company and they came out to check it. The line was alright. We tried it at a different location and it still didn't work. Children's Academy Director

The product is what I wanted, works fine but sound like loose parts inside.. and I have to redial the number frequently.. dont think it is me misdialing all the time. I like the product and feel was a very good price.

Exactly what I was looking for. I have to make calls all day some days and I wanted a simple phone that feels solid in my hand. What I didn't expect was the enhanced sound quality. The fact it's analog makes my voice sound deeper and richer. People I call a lot took immediate notice. "Oh wow we have a great connection today. " or "Hey did you get a new expensive phone? You sound amazing." Because my phone service provides all the fancy features digitally on their end, voicemail and call forwarding are all easily activated. I can even use my laptop for caller ID by logging on. I have a separate conference caller so this fits perfectly. Couldn't be more pleased, especially considering what I paid for it.

I bought two of these desk type phones.My son and I both think they are junk.You cannot hear the ringer .Its turned up all the way. I know you only sell it , but it is a piece of junk!!!!!!!!!!!
