The fan installed easily. When we first turned the fan on there was a rhythmic rubbing sound as the fan turned . Also the light was offset and not centered. When the light was centered by rotating the hub the rubbing sound stopped and everything aligned. The fan looks great,Delivers plenty of breeze, and give us plenty of light.

We had this installed by our handyman with no problems. The appearance, design and function are just what we wanted. We ordered it in white and are pleased with the modern look. The light is bright enough solving the problem we had with former fan. We liked it so much we ordered another for the kitchen.

The remote control receiver that slides into the hanging bracket was very difficult to fit with all the wiring involved between the fan, lights and remote. Other than that the fan is fine.

Our fan stopped working after 19 months and the manufacturer isn’t very helpful in troubleshooting it.

Very quiet and installed easily. I especially like that the remote clicks into the wall holder that is the exact size as the light switch that it replaced.

Very quiet, unobtrusive clean design. Installer had to change box (house built in 1956) for a heavier duty one, fan is nice and heavy. Light is a little annoying takes about 3 seconds to come on, specialty light bulb. Remote control intuitive. Only function not on remote is reverse fan, switch is on top of fan motor area.

Very attractive and quiet fan. I have a home built in the 50's and it fits right in. The wall mounted remote eliminates the switch, but for my purposes, I realized I didn't need the mobility of a remote, just the option to turn the light and fan on and off. The fan has three settings and I was surprised it didn't move more air or I would have given it 5 stars. In my case I bought the fan to move air in the winter rather than the summer, but I keep it on anyways most of the time, The light is quite bright for one bulb and the ability to dim it is a nice feature. The install is pretty straight forward, but the instructions are strange so just use common sense and have another person handy when you make the wire connections to give you a hand. I am very happy with the fan and certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and attractive fan.

Love this fan! Just put it in our nursery and other guest room. It is SILENT and so pretty and the light is bright without being blinding.

This is a great fan. The nickel finish matches our brushed nickel fixtures. The size is perfect for the room. It is very quiet and doesn't bother my husband's hearing aides. The remote makes it very easy to make adjustments in speed and with the light.

Nice and cool..much quieter than a floor fan..cost money to put in place of a light but well worth it

Returned this item. Wanted a different color. Not available. Therefore, I ordered a different fan from HomeDepot.com

This fan is really sharp looking but makes ticking noises when on. The light doesn't always shut off the first time you hit the button. If it was in my room I would have to return it but it's just in the guest room.

This fan blows great and it's quiet. We just couldn't mount it flush with the ceiling because the remote reciever is very large and our junction box was too small. We contemplated putting in a new junction box that was bigger, but after considering how much work that would entail we opted to return it. I loved the fan.... If only that receiver had been a few inches smaller :(

I have to admit I did not install these myself but the men who did had no problems. The fans work so well in low speed that I have only once used second gear. The dimmers on the lights work nicely. The overall look of the fans is sleek and attractive. I've already had friends take pictures of them and ask me where I got them.

We love the fan. It looks great, cools the room and gives great light. The installation was difficult though.

Had a difficult time locating a smaller size fan for my 10 x 12 kitchen. Fan installed about a week ago just before heatwave. Assembly and installation took just over 2 hours. Instructions clear. Operation with the remote is very easy. Motor generates no noise at all. Air flow is great. Noticed cooling effects as soon as fan turned on. Light is bright but soft. Even though it's a modern style it fits well in my period kitchen. So far a super product in this price range.

We got it for our bedroom, which has fairly low ceilings and is small. I didn't install it, but I heard it wasn't too hard. I LOVE it and am considering getting more to replace the other, clunky ones we have in other bedrooms. It's quiet, looks great and is compact.

The fan is described on the Home Depot website as using a standard 3/4" O.D. downrod. In fact it uses a very unique 1/2" O.D. downrod. My reason for buy this fan is because I need to use a longer downrod and wanted one with a standard size. In fact, it is so unique, I could find no downrods to fit this fan anywhere - I spent hours searching the web. I now have to return it and keep looking for one with a standard downrod.

This fan is exactly what I was searching for, in terms of appearance. I love the way it looks in our kitchen, simple yet charming. My only issue is the "high speed" fan setting is more like "med-low" in my opinion. It is very quiet and the light is great. Not sure how the remote works, we hardwired it to our light switch. Overall, a good buy.

Very nice, quiet fan. For just 3 blades, it pushes more air than our 5 blade fan. Remote control a nice feature. Only problem was that one light bulb blew out when turned on for first time. Had contractor install fan as this was part of kitchen remodel.

Remote operation not easy to use, does not have option of use like hamptonbay. Could not acquire a second remote. Getting spare parts is questionable. The fan is horribly over priced when compared to Hampton bay. $300 vs 190 for Hampton bay.

I like the style and size of this fan but very disappointed with the quality for the price. The blade assembly was made of a flexible metal that appears to be uneven when the fan is in operation. For some reason the manufacturer decided to put four stickers on this visible area that had to be removed and that left a very sticky residue. The top of the motor casing was dented fortunately in an area that was not visible once mounted. Overall, it has good airflow and looks nice but I would not recommend this product.

The fan was a bit difficult to assemble but it was worth while! It is very elegant and the remote in the wall system is terrific! We put the fan in the bedroom so the light is very appropriate. We are very happy with the product -matter of fact we will buy two more, one (in nickel) for the kitchen and another one antique bronze for the living room!!
