This floor lamp is terribly unbalanced and unstable and falls over all the time. Luckily my kids...
This floor lamp is terribly unbalanced and unstable and falls over all the time. Luckily my kids are older and are simply annoyed with the issue and not injured by the issue. It may work better on hard floors but just awful on carpet.

Repair, Replace, or Return?
The product was defective:
- 1 of the socket rings is broken.
- 2 of the 5 lamp heads don't work (i.e., no light).
Can I get a replacement socket ring?
Is there something I need to do get all 5 lights to work? Only 3 work right now.

My daughter loves it. Me too. It is very unique. I like the different color shades even though their are made of plastic. Not too sturdy on the carpet, but I attached it to the bed so no worries for me. :-)
