If you follow the directions you will not succeed. I needed to take one of the sides out which is impossible to do. In doing so I removed the entire screw and anchor from the wall. Fine. Now the screw is bent and I can’t get it out of the anchor. I still need the piece that connects the screws to the wall so I can’t just throw it away, and they don’t give any extra pieces. Apparently they also don’t sell individual parts. Completely useless.

I bought 2 18 inch and a 24. the drywall anchors just don't go in cleanly. I would recommend doing pilot holes as they wiggle all over the place if you're trying to get it in without. they're also made of a fairly cheap plastic and I ended up snapping one as it struggled to bite through the material. you're going to have to screw these in and out a few times to get them all the way down flush as well. there's two mounting methods in this collection. 18 inch has a spring loaded deal whereas the 24 had a tiny hex screw. the hex feels more solid. once you get the brackets in the wall though, it's easy enough and looks clean overall. they still need to redo the hardware though

Very pleased with my towel bar.

The directions were a bit confusing with regards to sizing but we figured it out. It looks great.

The instructions ask you to drive 4 1/4" plastic augurs into your wall with a phillipshead screwdriver without drilling any pilot holes, but the augurs are cheap and start to give almost immediately. The head of the first one twisted and tore off before it was in, leaving us with a 1/4" hole in freshly painted drywall. I made pilot holes for the rest, but the 3rd one still broke halfway through. Now we are left with 3 1/4" holes and no towel rack. Even if you get the cheap augurs placed without breaking them, the plates and hanging system are in no way adjustable, so it will be extremely difficult to get the towel bar level. What shouldve been a 15 min, very simple install, is now significant damage and a lot of wasted time. Stay away from this product.

The Delta bathroom accessories were easy to install and seem sturdy.

I followed all the instructions, I was very careful when making the hole for the dry wall anchor and it completely ruined the wall rendering the product unusable and now I have to fix the gigantic hole in my wall. Listen to the other reviews, this product is faulty. I have other towel bars installed with no problems this is the only one that ruined my walls.

Have had the most difficult time mounting these. The wall anchors are garbage. If you have another set just use another and not what the kit comes with. Destroyed my wall where I wanted to mount the towel bar and now I have a 2inch gash because those things wont hold and dont go in cleanly, they twist and turn and tear up the wall. For a $30 towel bar the most important part - the wall mount- is trash

I've never had a towel bar so poorly designed. The wall anchors are almost impossible to screw in and break easily - they given you 8 when you only need 4, and we used all 8. Then, the bar mounts will not clip onto the brackets. We've nearly destroyed our wall trying to get it on and still have been unsuccessful. It's shameful to sell a product this faulty.

Delta Lyndall 30 inch long towel bar. I like Delta products for the quality and style. This towel bar is no exception - the finish is a beautiful smooth and soft feeling matte black. The finish is flawless and looks very high end and modern. Obserations: 1. This towel bar is 30 inches long! I didn't realize how long it is until I tried to install it. I don't have 30 inches to place this. I'm going to have to take this set to the condo instead. 2. The base is nice and solid. 3. The bar has some play when mounted to the end pieces. 4. The round base on the end pieces is a substantial size. Very upscale. I could've cut this bar shorter, but there's a white piece of plastic in the rod. I didn't want to damage the set, so instead of cutting it short, I'm going to use it full length at our condo. The end pieces are solid and well made. The attachment is via brackets that mount to the wall, then the towel bar end pieces attach to the brackets. Installation is super easy - just make sure you use a level, because this is such a long piece, an deviation from level will show. I highly recommend this beautiful towel bar.

I am hanging this in my master bathroom to use for hand towels next to the sink. It matches the larger one I already have hanging in there.The metal is very sturdy and the matte color is perfect for the colors I have in my bathroom. It is easy to clean, simply wipe with a damp rag. I love the sleek, modern design it has. Installation is easy, but it did not come with installation directions.

We are on a journey to update our bathroom with everything that is matte black or oil rubbed bronze and this works really well on our journey! Super easy to install; we ended up having a 24 inch towel bar already in place so installing this was SUPER easy; no need to hire a pro. Overall we are happy with the look, it is sturdy, and we are big fans!

The wall piece works best when solidly secured to the location. Mine came with the screw in anchors which worked well for me in drywall. As long as the spring plate is securely connected to the wall you wont have any problems.Installation is quick and takes less than half an hour

I was excited to get this small towel bar. I have a need to be able to hang up my dog's leashes in a pantry, so this small bar looked to be the best option. It is very important to read the directions and follow them to the letter! The rack secures to the wall with a spring-type mechanism, so the end supports need to line up "exactly". That means you have to use the template that comes in the box to mark the holes for the screws and/or wall hangers that the end pieces then secure to. The first support for me went on just fine, but when I tried to secure the second support, the wall mounted spring mechanism broke... I called the toll-free number on the product pamphlet and explained the problem. They sent me two new mounting brackets in the mail. Their response time was very good! I was then able to remove the broken bracket and mount the new one and finish my install. See pictures.

This DELTA LYNDALL 9 IN. TOWEL BAR IN MATTE BLACK is well made, easy to install and the perfect size for a hand towel. It has a nice simple, traditional look to it and the matte black finish gives it a rich look. We put this in our black and white powder room downstairs and it looks great (see picture below). I installed this on a tiled wall without any problems.

The Delta Lyndall towel bar is very nice and simplistic in design which is why I chose it. I like the round design and how it protrudes out the sides slightly. Its made of metal which is nice and has a great matte black finish which should last a long time. I've only had it for a week or so but once our bathroom is repainted all the bathroom accessories will really come together. Comes with everything you need to setup, all you need is a screwdriver or a power drill and you'll be done in 5 minuets! Super satisfied!

The 9 inch Lyndall towel bar in matte black matches my Delta Trinsic faucets and shower head perfectly. The finish is flawless and the towel bar has a nice weight to it. Delta includes all the mounting hardware including drywall anchors which I appreciate it. Their mounting plates make installation quite easy. I installed in our master bathroom for a hand towel.

This Delta towel bar in matte black is easy to install and a stylish update to any bathroom. The towel bar comes with all hardware and easy to follow instructions with illustrations. There is also a paper template to use for the marking needed to mount the bar. I used the previous holes from the towel bar I was replacing. I did need a Phillips screwdriver, leveler and pencil. Tape will be needed if you use the template. I replaced my old silver towel bar with this one in black. The design is simple but stylish. The bar is lightweight. Overall, this is a good product that’s easy to install.

Beautiful style and color. Elegant. Adds a classic touch to our master bathroom. Easy to install. Includes template and everything you need to install. I love this style. The only reason I took a half star off the quality, is because the plastic anchors that came with this item are horrible. Do not use the anchors that come with the kit. Please purchase anchors separately. When screwing anchors into the wall, the heads would snap, making them unusable. Everything else about this towel bar is beautiful, very nice quality and sturdy.

Came with a paper templet that I mounted with painters tape where I wanted towel bar and leveled it. it also comes with all the hardware needed these great drywall anchors easy to install just twist in with a drill then mount hardware to them. The clips that hold the bar to the wall is new design that I liked no more looking for little allen key to tighten these have a spring that locks into place a little hard to clip in place but once locked in very secure. Just unsure how to remove once installed so make sure level and in right place before drilling holes only needed a level painters tape and a screw gun great look modern look.

This towel bars are something else. The quality of the towel bar is excellent. I want to say how the towel bars are: The towel bar quality is outstanding The metal seems to be a bit heavier gage than most - no rattle or hollow feeling The color does not scratch off The 30 inch bar works excellent - This was plenty large for towels to hold on The only down side is the anchors for the towel bar - I upgraded to get it to hold the weight of 2 full body towels. When wet, they do have weight. Easy fix - just put larger anchors

I like this towel bar set Pros and cons The bar is very well made The color looks great and does not scratch easily The color is very modern and fits really well with updating the bathroom The down side The screws included tend to be weak unless just for the 9 inch towel bar The 9 inch towel bar is tough to use for almost any towel other than a simple wash cloth I would get the larger bars - other than that, the bars are excellent
