This is hands down the best ever kitchen faucet I've ever owned, by Delta! I love the look and the extended spout length! It helps save my back when washing dishes since I no longer have to reach far out to hit the water. I just love this faucet! It's a bit pricey for what it is, but so far it has worked well with no issues. Hopefully, this will last me forever. I trust Delta plumbing quality. If you need to extened your spout, then this is what you need. I highly recommend this faucet!

We bought this faucet for our new house. It is stylish, blends well with the kitchen island and works very well on a daily basis. We like the fact that it is a pull-out faucet and it is convenient in different situations.

It appears that we have a common problem in that the hose handle will not go back into the faucet base. There seems to be a design/manufacture issue for this model. The plastic components appear to have swollen due to the hot water temperatures to the point they will not fit as they did originally.

Have it for a week and love how it looks and it works great.

Not even 2 years old and EXTREMELY hard to pull out and won’t dock all the way either!! Love the looks but for the price should be better quality/functioning!

This is a lovely faucet for someone wanting a more traditional style. We chose this as we had one of the more contemporary faucets previously. It did not come with a plate which we needed and our plumber used the old plate we had. Ours is a drop in sink so we needed to keep a plate . It has a great look and is not too large for our kitchen.

When my old kitchen faucet started leaking, I was ready for an upgrade! After a little searching, I found this Delta faucet. I wanted the oil-rubbed bronze to match some other features in our home. I'm very happy with it! It's just what I wanted!

This faucet is poorly designed. It had been slowly leaking under our sink and ruined the bottom of the cabinet. We could not figure out where the water was coming from, but we would find a puddle under the sink every once in awhile. it appears it had been leaking in two places, I finally caught one leaky location on video while the faucet was completely off. The reason for 2 stars is because the color is beautiful, the tone is just right and flows perfectly with any finish, but purchasing this product was an awful choice for us, we now have a much larger expense to face.

We bought this faucet about 2 years ago. It's been great. Functional, easy to clean and looks great. Recently it's developed a leak where all the lines go into the base. Just curious if this is common or if there's an easy solution.

I’ve had this faucet for about 2 years now and the problems I’ve had with it is that pulling it out from the spout is so extremely hard that a piece of plastic from inside the spray arm broke off that holds the hose to the handle now separates when you pull it out of the base/and water sprays every where (but if I do it ever so gently it stays together) and now the metal end of the hose that meets a piece of plastic has been leaking for such a long time that I just notice the old dog bowl that was thankfully there has been collecting water for so long that the “stainless” bowl has rust on it (which tells me that it’s been leaking from day one). Going to give them a call tomorrow and rectify the proble. I’ll keep you updated if I can!

Beautiful, large and substantial. Great style and design. My husband and I looked at many faucets before deciding on this one for our single hole stainless sink. It was relatively easy to install. We wanted something that wasn't a low pull out but not one of the commercial pull down faucets because they are just too tall. We are very happy with our purchase. Just an FYI we did ask a question before purchasing because the online description reads that it had magnetic docking but we were informed that is only for the pull down faucet and not the pull out faucet.

Faucet is nice but will not return to base. Very disappointed !!

The faucet will not go back into base. For some reason the washer isn't rubber it is a hard plastic so very difficult to try to return faucet to base. I love the look...was disappointed when realized it was plastic ! I hope there is a replacement washer that fixes this problem.

This faucet is looks very nice & works good in my kitchen. We noticed the very top knob thread is bent, so the knob looks bent. We did not bend it, it came to us that way.

It takes a little time to get used to the valve lever on the right instead of more common designs with the center lever. If your right hand is messy, it’s a little awkward to reach across and you use your left to turn on the water. Also the water supply tubes are supposed to be color coded, but mine had 2 red (hot). That required a support call and some time to consult with a higher support person to confirm the hot/cold orientation on a faucet with a side valve. I didn't feel like doing the trial and error thing. The rest of the install was pretty easy, and the faucet is heavy duty and well made. The retractable spray wand is chrome plated plastic (but I guess maybe most of them are). The spray hose has a weighted plastic ring contraption that slides and pulls the hose back down when retracted. It really wasn’t heavy enough to do the job so I salvaged the metal clamp-on weight from my old faucet hose and attached it. That solved the problem and it also forms a stop that keeps the hose from extending out too far (something the original equipment sliding ring can’t do). The pressure and water stream is good, though I find it odd that when the wand is set to spray mode, it doesn't reset to normal mode for the next usage like our old faucet. Our previous faucet was a plumber installed "Mainline" brand that had a similar look, but with a center valve lever atop the faucet. It had 2 different leak issues that caused water damage in the cabinet below and was thrown away after only 5 years. I thought this new delta was designed not to allow that. It does have a small drain hole on the underside of the spray wand mounting tube, but I see in the reviews that the same leak situation happened to an owner of this Delta Cassidy model. The thinking with this design is that the hose pulls out sideways, instead of down. That’s how we use ours most of the time as we fill the coffee pot etc. It seemed like pulling the hose laterally with one of the popular goose-neck faucets would wear out the hose quickly, though it if the sprayer started leaking, drips would just fall in the sink instead of working through the faucet and ending up under the cabinet. After a week or two the wife asked me to spin the faucet around to allow the handle to be in the front, though it still seems a little awkward (counter intuitive) with the handle being under the sprayer. It seems to operate backwards (lift up to shut off the water).

No wonder Delta doesn't show any pics of this faucet from straight ahead. The "mouth" is huge compared to the rest of this already "hefty" faucet. Overall it does look sturdy, but the wide mouth opening is a bit overdone. It kind of looks cartoonish! I'm sure I'll get used to it though and it's a 100% improvement over the old Kohler faucet that trapped every bit of minerals from the water to the point of having almost no water flow by the time we replaced it today. Because we have a three-hole sink and I didn't want a soap dispenser we're using the deck plate that is SOLD SEPARATELY most places. It has a really nice curvy design to it and it goes very well with our curvy shaped double sink.

The water output from the faucet is excellent, much better than the one it replaced. However, the side lever for controlling the water was too close to the soap dispenser that we have. I didn't consider that when looking at the pictures. It was usable, but awkward. So I had the plumber put the lever in the front. (I tried it in back first, but it was inconvenient.) I actually like the look of it better and it much more usable. With the lever in front, either hand can be used to manipulate it. The description did not mention, or I didn't see it mentioned, that the spout part of the faucet is not metal, it's plastic. It looks great and being plastic, it doesn't get water spots on it. But the fact that it's plastic might put some people off.

Getting the old faucet out of the tight space was extremely difficult, due to a deep copper sink configuration. This Delta faucet had options and the perfect type of water fittings to make installation easy and fool proof. I especially liked the way the large nut secured under the granite. Given the long supplemental set screws, I was able not only tighten the nut adequately but have the extra assurance of the set screws. The sprayer is light, has excellent reach, and is easy to switch sprayer modes. I strongly recommend this faucet.

We purchased this product a couple years ago. When you pull out the sprayer, it does not go back in at all without me cleaning the interior with a toothbrush. I've tried different products to loosen the inside grip but nothing works to keep it smoothly working. See photo below for how it looks daily. Also, we have had problems with water leaking inside and down into the cabinet below, but that seems to have been fixed for good lately.

This product is well worth the price. It has a solid feel and elegant look. Installation was easy. It's been working flawlessly for a month (outlasting the last attempt at a kitchen faucet upgrade by 3 weeks!). Definitely meets high expectations!

One week after I had this installed, the sprayer on this faucet is leaking. So frustrating and expensive.

When remodeling my kitchen I was looking for a faucet with some character, that was not too tall. I have a 6" deep cabinet above the sink with 16" of clearance from the counter to the cabinet. Many of the new high curved models were too tall. This was perfect. It is heavy, but the visual weight balances nicely with my new deep stainless sink. I never dreamed that when the kitchen was completed the sink and faucet would be my favorite new items. After a year of use I would not make a change. I love my faucet! I am now getting ready to make some bathroom changes and I will be getting more Delta products.

I bought this faucet to go with my new granite counters/farmhouse sink (kitchen update). I wanted a spray nozzle and one hole drilled (less clutter), but wanted the "old fashioned" look. I didn't want a bridge, and i didn't want a separate sprayer nozzle. This was the ONLY faucet that met this criteria - old fashioned looking, one hole drilled, with a pull down sprayer. Yay Delta and thank you Home Depot! It is really good quality for the price, and it looks amazing. The only negative is that we have to make sure it is firmly turned off or it drips. i am thinking this may just be an adjustment that my husband needs to make...

This was originally my first choice for our new faucet when we replaced our kitchen counter tops, sink and faucet. We ended up buying a different one from another manufacturer, because it was almost $100 less. The other faucet was a pull-down and looked very nice, but wouldn't stay locked in place when the water was shut off. We thought we would just live with it, until only 3 weeks after it was installed, it began to leak where the sprayer head attached to the hose. Home Depot was absolutely wonderful in helping us return the old faucet and order this one. This faucet is everything the other wasn't - it not only looks great, but functions exceptionally well. I wish we had just gone with this one to begin with. Lesson learned!

Mine swung 360 degrees so valve should be able to be put on either side. If it is on left however the valve will rotate back for hot water, so make sure you have enough room between faucet and back splash. I did not so I put it on the right. Time will tell about finish staying good and valve not leaking. There is, however, a lifetime warranty and valve looks easy to replace.

Not used to buying this type of item online since you can't really touch and see it. But my wife and I received the faucet shipped from Home Depot and could not be more pleased. This is a high quality Delta faucet and looks great with our new installed granite counters. Very pretty and unique making it look high end. Many compliments on the faucet from friends and family who have come to visit etc. We did our homework on various faucets including looking at several stores locally. This faucet is a very good value. You can't go wrong purchasing this faucet !
