Shower head is scratched
I'll have to return it because the shower head is scratched, but I think I'll try another in hopes it was an isolated issue.

Very stingy shower head
This is the stingiest shower head I have ever used. Don't buy it if you like to take showers. Doesn't provide enough water for my wife to get the shampoo out of her hair. I have travelled all over the world and stayed in places where water was short and shower heads were necessarily obstructed to reduce flow. But this is the worst I have seen, and we are stuck with two of these expensive ornaments.

The showerhead that comes with your model only provides a 2.0gpm flow rate. If you are looking for a higher flow rate we offer many showerheads that provide 2.5gpm, incluiding our In2ition handshower/showerhead combibations. I apologize about any inconveniece.

Like the look, unhappy that the temperature knob cover is plastic.
Unfortunately, our temperature knob cover is broke and now I have to replace. With everything else metal, why isn't this piece?

Exactly what we hoped for...
The temperature setting remains constant at any volume setting. We did not want all-or-none volume but were concerned that there were no reviews for these shower controls. The shower head also provides an excellent experience at all flow rates. Great choice for new installations or when shower supply plumbing is being remodeled. The control valve housing (sold separately) must first be installed.
