I have always loved the very unique bathrooms at high-end restaurants, as a very rare treat for landmark occasions. Those few peak experiences have stayed with me through the years, so when I saw this antique faucet, I couldn't look away....I paired it with an equally exquisite copper sink, and now I have the high-end luxury bathroom at home, without the expensive food bill! My teen-aged daughter claims it splashes too much, but I enclose photos of it running at half force, and full force... and in both cases you see the drops never reach the front edge of the sink. As long as you position your hands near the spout, I find it doesn't splash anywhere (and I leave a sponge on the tub to clean up after my daughter). (And this shorter model probably doesn't have this issue at all). My Cassidy is 11.5 inches total height, but the same design as this (shorter) one, with the right lever coming forward for cold water, back for hot, middle for a mixture, and then the water pressure depends on how far out you pull it to the right. Other waterfall faucet reviews have noted problems with water pooling in the spout, leaving water marks or corroding the metal over time. You can see some small drops starting to form in my spout after owning it about two months...but the spout DOES angle down so there is no standing water, just drops left in the channel. Sometimes I dry it off after use, if I think of it. The bathroom has become my favorite room of the house since getting this faucet! Also, I had it professionally installed since I am not handy, and had to have to vanity replaced at the same time, so I can't vouch for ease of installation, but there were no complaints from my plumber....

Quality and beauty ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The weight and beauty of this faucet blows me away! It is so heavy- all metal, beautifully glossy and smoothly finished. (I got chrome.) The handle operation is smooth and solid. It is stunning in all ways, and a great conversation piece for a guest bathroom. That said, you must have a large enough sink for it. I ended up not able to use it because the opening from front to back of the sink, for which I needed a new faucet, is only 9” deep and that isn’t enough. This faucet has a 5” neck from hole center (which is 2” in from basin). Then it can propel the water out from the tip about another ~4”, so in my case the water would hit the basin 2” from the front which is no good. It requires a large sink basin, i.e. a standard round or very large rectangle. I appreciate that they included a nice quality deck plate to cover the 4” spaced 3 holes on a standard sink. Although it looks tacked on and is not integral to the design, it’s better than some others. I’ve read several complaints that the textured open spout gets water marks because water sits in it. I also read a tip that buffing it with car wax helps, but people drink from that and car wax is often a blend that includes some toxic ingredients too, so I would only recommend trying pure carnauba wax, which is non-toxic, if the water spots are an eyesore. Fantastic!

Perfect blend of form and function at an incredible price. The way the water comes out of this faucet is so much more efficient and useful I think all faucets should have the spout design. We installed two of these in polished nickel in a very high end bath reno two years ago and they have performed flawlessly. We planned not use the included pop up in favor of a tap-touch drain stopper, which was a good thing because, like so many of these that pull at an angle out the back, our backsplash wouldn’t have given enough clearance. So measure carefully. We are now moving and our new sinks will be three hole. I have looked for something superior to this and there is nothing so we are back to buy two more. I would rather have the hole-cover plate and this magnificent faucet than use something inferior. The entire Cassidy line is gorgeous in polished nickel and we have just been so pleased with it.

The faucet came in a timely manner and was not damaged or broken. It assembled very easy and looks great.

Home Depot states that this product includes an optional escutcheon to cover surplus drill holes. It doesn’t - Delta’s installation guide states that the escutcheon is not included. HD doesn’t offer the escutcheon in polished nickel, so now I’m forced to either return the faucet or attempt to purchase it directly through Delta. I didn’t sign up for this expensive hassle.

Very nice piece and looks great in the main floor bath. Easy to install and kids love the single handle.

Great looking faucet, perfect scale for a half bath powder room.

The faucet is beautiful and well made but we had to buy a single hole sink because the escutcheon plate is made out of plastic and when we we would tighten down the faucet, because the tightening bolt is offset, the faucet would become un-leveled. A single hole faucet solved the problem.

This Delta faucet did not disappoint! It is drop dead gorgeous. This faucet is heavy. The water flow thru this waterfall faucet has strong pressure. I had seen a couple of these in action at a local restaurant's restroom & knew this was the model I wanted. I do feel it is a bit pricey, but worth it.

The open trough design is a unique look that complemented our bathroom addition. Very easy to install yourself if you can read and comprehend what you read. It is ADA compliant. It stands out as unusual and will definitely be the conversation piece of the bathroom.

Everything about this faucet was 5 stars !!! Beautiful and expensive looking. Heavy duty & well made. Was afraid it would be pretty but not able to withstand a lot of use. Totally wrong - it is the most perfect faucet and for the cheapest price in my home with 4 other bathrooms.

The faucet looks great! Just wish the spout was slanted a little to allow all the water to drain out.

Love the look and ease of use for both hot and cold water. Also like that water comes out to middle of sink (water reaches farther than old faucet) makes it easier to was face etc. Even got compliments from the plumber on how nice it looked and functions well.

Nice looking faucet, easy to use, very smooth, good water flow. One of the best faucets I've owned for function and form, and reliability. Been using this for a while now, and it's great, exceeds my expectations.

Absolutely Fabulous ! Installations was strait forward. All fitting are metal. Faucet had a full normal flow, not limited or restricted. Not too crazy about the pop up mechanism, but it works and we love the function and look of the entire faucet.

Works well. Plumber" didn't complain about installing. What more to say?

Love the look and design but I have had 2 of the same faucet design and both have corroded on the end of the spout. Having to replace it again. Disappointed. Luckily Delta offers free replacement of the faucet.

Would have preferred a wider spout but this works excellently, the valve is easy to control and works smoothly. Finish is well done with no observable flaws. Overall an excellent product.

We love this, it's really heavy duty and looks great in our recently updated bathroom. We liked it so much we've ordered another one for another bathroom renovation.

This faucet looks so unique and beautiful--we have received compliments on it! We bought it in stainless steel for our master bath, which has a modern look. The faucet functions well so far--good water flow. Looks better in person than in the picture, and the parts were fairly heavy and seemed sturdy. Can't speak to ease of installation because our contractor installed it.
