I am disappointed that the Cassidy towel ring does not come in left/right wall choice. I paid a premium price for the polished nickel. In my master bathroom, I have similar accessories but of a different brand and these feature left / right adaptations and can be considered better material quality / more durable. For the price, I am not impressed with the Cassidy in apparent quality / feel / features. The ring is fixed, it does not swivel, it does not hang freely, and leans out slightly, away from the wall. I hope the finish lasts for many years. After purchase, I noted a review by a previous buyer. For him, the towel rings are on opposite walls and appear mismatched. If I had known about this at the time of purchase, I'd have considered something else. I hesitate to recommend.

This Cassidy towel ring was ordered for a powder room in our new home. Our polished nickel ring looks beautiful and it is solid and attractive. Just know the ring is actually stationery. It does not swing like other rings we've had. I didn't see that as a problem when it was installed. Unfortunately that along with the fact that only one screw was used to install it has caused it to loosen from the wall. It does have the option of using 2 screws, so make sure you or your installer does it properly. Our towel ring is coming out of the wall after just over a year. Now I may have to find a 12" towel bar to replace it.

It was what I was looking for overall, but the ring was bigger than I anticipated. It would be nice to have this in two sizes....

It borders on the inconceivable that the Cassidy towel ring does not come in left/right wall choice. I bought these beautiful & pricy towel rings for my Master Bath in a new home. The rings are on opposite walls near my sink and one ring faces in and the other faces out. Because Delta doesn't have left & right rings, I now have a new bath with what appears to be mismatched rings. What a disappointment ... especially from a large company that should know better. If I had known about this at the time of purchase, I'd have bought something else.

I'm very disappointed that I have two beautiul towel rings, but they don't face the same way on opposite, parallel walls. It looks wrong, wrong, wrong! I'm sad that I have to accept what I feel looks unfinished and contrary to decorating in my brand new remodeled bathroom. There should at least be an option to reverse or have 2 similar products, one for the right wall and one for the left wall.
