I loved the satin finish and it was on sale. Install was easy with the detailed instructions. Applied silicon on gasket to prevent leaks; Used two wrenches and avoided over tightening to prevent copper tube damage, etc. Everything was great until I found water under the sink. Applied silicon again (now with the faucet in-placed). Still leaked. Water does NOT leak when faucet is off or on. Only leaked when water splashes and seeps thru the connection gap where the sprout spins.

This is the second one of purchased and both have suffered the same defect. The bottom of the neck will eventually crack and start spraying water when in use. Reached out to Delta, sent them a video and pics, no response. I've lost faith in Delta products and their customer service.

I only had this faucet for few weeks. The bottom of faucet already started to leak when the water is on. The leaks is not from the water supply line connection. I had the same faucet before and it had the leak from the same area but I thought it might be from the o-ring but I guess not.

I love my new Faucet. It was very easy to install.

We purchased this Delta Foundations Single-Handle Standard Kitchen Faucet to replace our broken Pull Out One Handle Faucet. (the inside hose busted, on Thanksgiving night, of all times!) This particular Delta Faucet has an excellent/strong water stream, very nice looking, and the size is perfect! Remember that you do need to purchase the "hose connection" for complete installation - we did not see that information on the box, the cost for the hose connection was inexpensive, like $5.49 per hose, and we needed two. The removal of our old/broken Pull Out took a bit longer than expected due the the nuts being "brass/lock-down nuts," so that made it a bit difficult to remove. Once removed, this brand new Delta, fit like a glove! Plus, the Delta "nuts" are plastic, which makes for easier removal. If you miss the sprayer, there's attachable "flexible faucet sprayers" available for purchase for less than $7. We highly recommend this kitchen faucet!!

Easy install, it works great, and looks fantastic. Simple and elegant at the same time. I am looking to replace all furcets in the house with Delta brand.

This faucet is junk. Do not buy it! I thought I would buy a basic, quality faucet over a what I really wanted thinking it would last. It didn't even last 4 years. The faucet started pitting about 10 months ago and now it is spaying water everywhere. I've tried to contact Delta 4 times and I have not heard anything back from them. Complete disappointment.

Nice looking, reasonably priced & easy to install ( watching videos provided helpful tips on installation.) Have only had it a couple of weeks, but so far no complaints. I like the longer spout. Totally met my expectations.

Great basic one handled faucet. Simple proven design which was the perfect choice to replace my camper kitchen faucet. Installation was a breeze.

It's a delta, but it's also delta's cheapest line. Read on. I install about 15-20 faucets a year as a property manager so I've seen all types. I love delta and moen but again, this is Delta's cheapest line at HD. The plate is basically attached, unlike other faucets where you have to buy it separately sometimes. The best way to install this is if you're installing a new sink and haven't dropped it in/installed the sink yet. Why? The two THIN copper lines under this faucet is very fragile. Lazy plumbers will just tighten the water supply line to the thin copper lines under this sink, twisting it and very possibly ripping it off. If that happens, you have to throw away the faucet. If you can install the faucet onto the sink before you install the sink, you can easily use two wrenches to hold the copper line as you tighten the supply line. I wouldn't get this faucet if I wasn't installing a new sink. Look at my pictures and you'll see. Not only that, the copper lines have a lot of movement. If its for your own house, buy Delta's higher end line. If you're installing a new sink and its not a top of the line kitchen, go ahead and try this.

I have had this faucet for 3 years and now it has developed a leak underneath the spicket so when I turn it on it sprayes quite far. I have always used Detla because it used to be quality. No more!

Kinda cheap but its been 3 years no leaks and it works every time. I like the price would Recommend it to anyone on a budget

Item was easy to install works as expected and price was right.

I bought this b1310LF in 2013 from home depot, and recently, the spout sprung a couple pinhole leaks from the underside of the spout. I have never seen a faucet with this kind of defect this soon. Less than 4 years. This is made in China, so maybe their quality control is poor. However, Delta lifetime warranty was great, and they sent me a new faucet replacement at no cost. Luckily, swapping out the spout seems like an easy repair.

Clean and simple not overly ornate. Quick easy install. Works great! No more jiggling the handle to stop the drips

Was looking for a basic but reliable kitchen faucet for rental refurb. My plumber recommended delta so I use Delta products always, because they use one cartridge for the full line. This makes them easy to fix when the time arises, reducing replacement costs and tenant inconvenience.The stainless finish looks upscale with the sink, and brushed stainless used elsewhere in the kitchen and bath, for a unified look. Have been happy with past Delta products, and am confident this will work similarly. I did not get a sprayer model as they can leak, so added a sharp spray adjustable aerator for dish and pot rinsing.

Basic, all parts included easy to install. It's unfortunate that common parts such as this are no longer available in the local stores and must be shipped to the store taking a week.

The installation was a little difficult only because the faucet to be replaced was VERY old and difficult to remove. Success was done!

Easy install. Excellent pressure compared to similar faucets on the market. Let's hope it stands the test of time!

Washer wore out and leaked all over my kitchen.

I had one before do it for 25 years or more just needed redone. I’m happy that with the new installation. It is a good product. I wouldn’t want anything else. It’s easy to use on and off Leaks I just like this type I have only had it for a couple of weeks, but I have one like it before and like I said it last many many years and it would’ve been good
