A fantastic shower head.
The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is simply because I wish the water coverage was wider. Other then that this shower head is great. All settings are really nice. Very heavy duty and high quality. Definitely worth the extra money.

Excellent bathroom addition
Installation was easy and the shower head works exactly as advertised! We were greatly helped by a customer assistant rep online and on the phone!

This product matches what we had.
We shopped at other stores for this fixture. First, your customer service lady at the Southside Blvd. store was extremely helpful. Next the price was reasonable. The product only has one shortcoming. We use it in a shower that has two shower heads. This is for the secondary and there is no off position.

Nice but expensive
Showerhead works well. I like the different spray patterns. It was very easy to install. Downsides are the hose is short and the ends are plastic (previous experience is they eventually crack, but call Delta and they will replace it with better quality hose - which should be included in the first place). Body and adapters are plastic, for the quality this is an expensive showerhead and I would expect more real brass parts. There aren't to many choices in polished brass anymore so you end up paying a hefty sum for something decent.

correct your specificationson this item !!!!
Item not as written up on specifications , hose is only 60 inches long , should be 70 inches long . Would not recommend unless spec. sheet is corrected .

Not as expeccted
Hose on polished brass version is supposed to be 70 inches. It is now 60 inches and doesn't seem to fit the handle or holder well. The complete set was plastic and not up to Delta's prior quality.

So far, we love it.
Love this new showerhead. Really like the pause feature. Different settings are great. Hose is a little stiff but I'm sure that will change in time.
