After experiencing a touch faucet in a rental property, I decided to purchase one for my new house. However, I've encountered inconsistency with the touch feature, which can be quite frustrating. I'm currently unsure if there's a solution to this issue.

We also experienced the rust issue. The magnet that holds the pull down portion in place rusts if it gets wet (no, not from a constant leak internal, but if you ever get water on your faucet). It causes the $600+ faucet to bulge at this interface and is now offset from how it originally came. We did call Delta, who acknowledged this "very common" issue and they sent the replacement parts and spares because they know it's going to be replaced yearly. Good service, awful product. Don't recommend.

As others have said, this rusted out and the handle keeps popping off. I’m talking flaking and falling apart rusted. I do not recommend this faucet, especially for the price.

First off, I love the design and the functionality when the faucet works. Also Delta has replaced a piece free of charge for us, which we appreciated. Attached is how our spout looked last year. This year, the sink started dripping and the hot water will not run (if turned to hot) to try and repair, we will have to spend another $200 in hopes replacement parts will work. Just very disappointed that after spending so much on what we thought would be a good investment, turns into an aggravating, money sucker. Now considering purchasing a copycat, lesser-known brand at less cost than replacement piece.

Once I saw this faucet I knew I wanted it for my kitchen remodel. It looks really good in a neutral kitchen. I especially like the magnet that locks the spray nozzle into place.

I was thrilled to have this faucet to use both touch and voice commands. Touch control works pretty well and I am happy with it. The problem is VoiceIQ. Its module simply doesn’t work. The light has never turned green. All I see is blinking red light. I’m debating whether to return it. The Ethernet power is plugged into the grounded outlet.

Delta has zero documentation available on how to pair with google assistant outside of the tutorial. I contacted their support and was met with multiple unhelpful replies. After a bit of fiddling around I finally got my delta faucet account to pair with my google home (the only way is clicking the hyperlink they give you in the setup tutorial, do not go to the app and try and manually add it, it will not work), however we still had issues after the accounts were connected.

I purchased this faucet because of the color. I have a remodeld kitchen and I wanted champagne bronze color to go with my pendant lights above my island. I have had the faucet for three months now and it has been great. I did not get the touches feature.

The magnet inside rusted so bad after a year that the metal, plastic and magnetic washer came apart making the faucet hanging loose from its base. Horrible quality for such a premium price!!

We purchased this faucet 1 year ago and it has completely rusted inside. The pull down portion of the faucet does not snap back in properly because of the rust causing the seal to push out.

We placed this in our Airbnb. Such a beautiful faucet and adds some class to our kitchen. Works as advertised and very handy when cooking.

Nice looking kitchen faucet but that’s where the positives end. Faucet is rusting after only 18 months, pull down cord has a horrible smell, the faucet wobbles even though the plumber installed it correctly ( see video someone else posted). The magnetic docking is failing. Need to change out this expensive piece of garbage. Do not waste your money.

It's freaking beautiful. You also don't HAVE to use the sensor, so if batteries die/you're sick of changing - it's not a useless faucet.

Only an esthetic comment: It's MASSIVE. I appreciate the clean lines, but I think to make the sprayer the same width, the arch has had to get much thicker than it needs to be. The height is listed, but not the thickness of the arch. It's MUCH thicker IRL (1.15") than appears in the image. My kitchen is small & it looks massive. If you have a big kitchen (congrats!) — great. Smaller kitchen? Skip. Three stars for visual misrepresentation, I'm sure unintentional.

So far so good. The faucet is working great so far but it's a new installation so we'll see what happens in time. A lot of reviewers are stating that the touch feature quits working after so long. I hope that's not the case. The installation was pretty simple. The instructions were very clear which made it easier. The water pressure is great and the sprayer has good power. The hose length for the pull out is perfect. My last faucet had too short of a hose. I used C batteries instead of AA. It states the AA last about a year and the C last about 3 years. The Arctic Stainless finish is great. It has a bit of a shine compared to a traditional stainless steel. I like the little LED light which tells you if the water is coming out hot or cold. Overall I think it's a great, high quality faucet. I'm deducting one star only because of the outrageous price.

I was really looking forward to installing this and couldnt wait to test the touch2O features. Installation was quite easy compared to some of the others i have installed over the years. The kit included everything I needed minus the tools, which is normal, and i was able to install it pretty quickly. The only thing I really had trouble with are the supply lines. I would have preferred the flexible type connection, but it came with the plastic type. I watched a video on Delta's website on how to install it, and it said to bend them slightly in a circular pattern if they were too long or I could them according to the instructions. I didnt really want to cut the lines, so i just kind of curled them around my hand, which wasnt easy, but i got them connected. The kit included the batteries for the touch feature and are supposed to last a year. I like the LED light on the base of the faucet that lets you see what temperature the water is. The other thing i appreciated is how the supply lines were marked red for hot and blue for cold. I didnt have to trace with line was cold or hot because of this. Once i finally installed the faucet, I couldnt wait to test the touch feature. This is where my disappointment set in. The touch feature worked intermittently at best and didnt really work at all when touching it back to back in quick succession. I went through the trouble shooting steps and I still couldnt get it work consistently. I went online and just did some quick Google searches and tried some of the things that were suggested, but still didnt get it to work consistently. There were notes on how to disable that feature, so that's ultimately what I did. When i have more time, i'll reach out to their customer service to see what else i can try to get it to work. As of now, i still like the faucet and it looks really nice and is pretty stylish, but the key feature not working is a bit disappointing. I do like the how the sprayer pops back into place with a click after releasing it and the strong spray that the hose has. This is adjustable with the handle and its pretty easy to go from the spray feature to just a normal flow with a press of the button on the spray head. I gave this two stars because of the issues with the touch feature, if this worked for me, i would have easily given this five. Im not sure what the issue is, but hopefully customer service can get me up and running.

A very nice attractive brushed nickel faucet. My wife loves it. Installation was quite easy. Just follow the directions. Love the touch to turn on and off.Also like the LED water temperature indicator light. I thought it was a bit expensive, but my wife says it is well worth it. I would say this is a quality, well made product. This falls in line with most Delta products.

I love the fact that you can simply touch the handle to activate the water flow. Very similar to a public bathroom faucet, but the touch to turn on is simpler. The faucet uses smart technology so that it doesn't accidentally turn on with light changes or other room changes. The installation/replacement is pretty standard. There are a lot of wires to secure or run under the faucet. If you have a power source for your dishwasher, I would suggest buying the AC adapter so that you don't have to mount the battery storage. Overall this is a beautiful faucet. The finish is outstanding and the water flow is consistent. I like the idea of the LED changing color as the water gets warmer, or goes from warm to cool. It is more of a novelty but does produce favorable comments from our visitors.

I couldn't decide between giving this three stars or four, but eventually settled on four because maybe it's what you need and you might be using it in a situation closer to its intended use. I got this for a utility sink because I figured it would be nice to be able to turn the water on without having to touch the handle with filthy hands. Installation wasn't exactly a breeze, but it worked out okay. They say you can install it with a three hole setup, but I found that I had to cut out some material on the center hole so everything would fit; not a big deal on a plastic utility sink, but I wouldn't want to have to do it somewhere where aesthetics are more important. The touch function works almost too well. It turns on and off by tapping the faucet, but it also turns on or off when you grab the sprayer, move the faucet, or any number of other things you might do without meaning to change whether water is flowing or not. It includes everything you need to install it, but nothing more. At this pricepoint, I would expect to see some optional accessories (like an escutcheon and a/c adapter) included. I probably wouldn't buy this again, but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't if it fits your application.

This review is of the Delta Trinsic single-handle Touch20 kitchen faucet in Arctic Stainless. I had a touch style faucet in my main kitchen and really like the feature. I was so accustom to the feature that now I find myself touching all faucets expecting them to come on. This Delta faucet was installed in the spare kitchen sink in my basement. It comes with simple to follow installation instructions. The parts come in 3 bags. Each of the bags are for the steps in the installation process, no need to sort through a pile of parts to find what is needed when performing the install steps. The water supply lines are plastic and kind of long. I had to loop the excess to keep it from kinking under the sink. The lines can be cut but I didn’t want to go through that in case there was a problem with the faucet and it had to be returned. The water line connections to the control valve snap in place and have a retainer clip that secures them. The ‘touch’ sensor wire plugs into the valve which is battery powered, batteries are included. There is also a ground wire that connects to the bottom of the faucet. Some of the nice features of this faucet are the sprayer head is held in place with a strong magnet. When finished using the sprayer all that is needed is to get the spray head near the faucet and it pulls itself in place. I also like the LED indicator. It gives an idea of water temp but it is more useful to me to know when the batteries need to be replaced. I am concerned about the plastic connection on the spray head. That is a wear location so I wonder how long that will last. Only time will tell. Overall it is a well made faucet.

The Triassic Single Handle Pull Down Kitchen Faucet with Touch2O Technology by Delta combines technology and elegance. The Arctic Stainless finish is accentuated by the clean simple line of the faucet. The touch technology that Delta utilizes in this faucet works flawlessly. With a single touch to the spout or handle from your hard, arm or wrist you will be able to turn the faucet on or off. It will remain on for approximately four minutes, with no interaction from the user, before it will shut off. The faucet is also equipped with temperature sensing technology. There is a small LED light at the base of the faucet that show three different colors. They are blue for temps up to 80 degrees, magenta for temps up to 95 degrees and red for temps up to 110 degrees. The light will also flash red three times, which notifies you when the batteries need to be changed. The faucet has a high arch as well as a long pull down spout, which will accommodate just about any and all of your needs. The handle easily retracts and seats firmly in the faucet with the MagnaTite Docking system which utilizes magnets to hold the wand securely in place. You will also utilize the handle to adjust flow rate as well as the desired temperature. The faucet comes with everything you will need for installation and use. The detailed instructions provided make installation straight forward and can be completed in about a half hour or so. If your not comfortable with plumbing you might want to get a plumber to install the faucet for you. The only negative comment I can make is that I wish the water pressure was a little stronger, however I will say that the stream as well as the spay function both provide adequate water pressure for cleaning dishes. I would just prefer the water pressure to be a bit stronger, like I had with my previous faucet.

There is a lot of awesome going on with this faucet. Couple of things to note here. I hired a professional to install; the one thing I'd caution is to make sure the professional coming out to install has done a touchless faucet before (a plumbler that has not done this will not be able to complete the job or tell you to get an electrician which is not needed) The other notable things is that the touch is amazing, you can use your forearm when your hands are super messy. Would totally recommend this!

This Delta single handle kitchen faucet was chosen by my wife simply because of how attractive it appeared in the ad however Delta might have released this product way prematurely before everything was in order prior to sale. There is neither detailed parts listing nor disassembly pictorial typical of every faucet sold today. I for one require a parts listing so that I can be assured this is a repairable faucet other than being a throwaway once it leaks or malfunctions. Exacerbating matters is the fact this faucet lacks a escutcheon sink plate so installation for me is delayed until I can chase down this base plate (RP64070 escutcheon). Not everyone currently has single hole sinks or countertops which makes it very important such a base plate is provided to cover up legacy 3 and 4 hole kitchen sinks. This kitchen faucet has lots and lots of proprietary and unique hoses and plastic parts which give me pause if this is the correct material to use if longevity and reliability are desired. The faucet was packaged and delivered in pristine condition which is a plus for Delta. Right now, I’m busy chasing down this RP64070 escutcheon plate locally and dread having to order the item online which will waste another week to 10 days to complete this kitchen faucet installation. If Delta is reading all these posted reviews how about including this base plate?....it couldn’t cost but another dollar to include this item!

Absolutely love this faucet! Had it installed professionally as part of our renovation, so can't speak to ease of installation. What I can say is that it looks beautiful and operates smoothly. Now that I've used the Touch2O technology, I don't think that I could go back to a traditional faucet... it's such a convenient feature! Also love the temperature indicator light at the base. Finally, very pleased with the price that I paid at Home Depot compared to the list price at other retailers... great value for an excellent product.

This faucet is life changing. The only complaint I have is that every faucet in my house doesn't have this feature. It looks beautiful and is so perfect for someone who is very busy in the ktichen. I love that it turns off on it's own when left on too long too.

I bought the kitchen faucet about two years ago. We thought it would be something interesting for our house that we were renovating. This faucet has been mostly troublesome on and off. One major problem that I have had is that it would not work. Which becomes very troublesome when you need water to make tea or wash hand. After having this problem repeatedly we figured out that we need to buy very expensive batteries with more power. Even after installing these batteries the faucet would stop working after 6 months. It is very frustrating, I would not make the effort to write this review however I am so tired of this faucet not working, it left me with no choice. The housing for the battery is made of cheap plastic that constantly has its cover pops out. I had to wrap it with a wire to prevent it from happening. I can't believe that such high end faucet is made of cheap plastic. The battery are suppose to last for more than a year, but it has been my experience that they hardly last 6 months.
