We had this faucet professionally installed today to replace a similar model that started to leak after nine years of use. It controls the water flow very well and shuts tightly. It looks great as well. I would say a very good option, especially where a classic, simple design with a base is preferred.

This faucet is very hard to use because users have to use a certain specific and meticulously way to completely turn it off. Otherwise the water will continue to drip, which occurs routinely. It is not helpful to push down harder to stop the dripping water. For my faucet, I have to lift the handle up and to put it down toward the cold water side to completely turn the faucet off. I do not recommend the faucet.

The base of faucet not sturdy. Moves each time handle is moved.

The faucet is very attractive. The only problem with it is that it rocks in the stem of it when moving the spout to different positions. Otherwise, I'm pleased.

Made in U.S.A. Has threaded spout that I attach water purifier to. Did need to cut out cpvc piping and attach sharkbite 3/8 compression valves for it to work, but that was easy.

Found it cheaper somewhere else after purchase, but not by much. All in all... its a great faucet. Looks decent and works well.

Installation was simple and easy. It is exactly the type of Faucet that I wanted. completely satisfied with the product.

I replaced another brand name that wasn't up to par. It leaked out from under, mixed control didn't mix correctly, and sprayer didn't have any pressure. I'm hoping this Delta lives up to it's name.

After less than a year in service, this faucet now continues to run (not merely drips) without time-consuming adjustment of the lever.

First impression. If you are looking for an inexpensive but functional laundry tube faucet this single-handle Delta will do the job. The faucet head extends beyond the back face of the laundry tube far enough to fill any bucket and water your potted plants. The base plate is chromed plastic and the rest of the faucet must be constructed of other light weight material because the entire unit is very light compared to the old Delta laundry tube faucet it replaced. The single-handle lever requires the lightest pressure to operate so I'm hoping if I use it gently it will function without problems for a long time to come. The old Delta lasted about 20 years, I'm not that hopeful for the new Delta.

Easy to install. No leaks. Hot water control requires handle to far left . Low flow rates easier to control.than previous faucet. Faucet noise is high in other parts of home; not sure what causes noise; earlier reviewer noted same characteristic.

Ignore the naysayers. If you are looking for a simple, basic faucet without all the bells and whistles of sprayers, pull-downs, high arcs, touchless, etc... BUT want a smooth lever action, gorgeous finish, and a brand that you know will seal when shut off - this is your faucet. Basic, but looks great - perfect for a nicer rental property where you don't need or want all the bells and whistles.

It is hard to get warm water, instead of hot or cold. The second setting under the handle gives only luke warm water, no hot. It is also difficult to shut it off without a drip. It is so annoying that I am replacing it with a Kohler. Delta customer service was useless. Their only response to the problems was that they have a new dcartridge design; nothing to help me
