We bought this for a small bathroom renovation in a home that was built in the 1920s. We wanted to go with chrome and of all the chrome faucets we looked at we liked this style the most. The metal handles are sturdy and the faceplate is made of metal as well. some of the other brands we looked used plastic. There are a few plastic bits with this shower trim but it is mostly made of metal. The separate temperature and volume controls are great. The Delta Lifetime Warranty gives us confidence that if anything goes wrong with the faucet Delta will warranty the parts.

I haven’t used it yet and will not until I get my shower re-done in a few months.

We love these shower heads and the Victorian look works great with our new bathroom. The bronze has the two tone look that a lot of antique bronze does not have. The spray is powerful as well!! This model allows you to set the temp and then you can turn down the volume and keep the temp the same. Nice to conserve water and still have it hot.

Is was easy excellent

I am a professional plumber with over 25 years experience. I installed two of these in my master shower. My set up is with a tankless water heater. It is amazing! The water is always near the exact same temp every time, no matter how long the shower. Wife can be using hers at the same time with a different temp, but also same temp every time. Amazing

For $250, I was not expecting plastic trim. I should have read description more closely. We returned it to a local Home Depot hassle free. I have no idea how this product performs as it didn't even make it all the way out of the box.

Easy to install. Choose this trim to match rest of fixtures. Delta is always easy to service.

I had this shower head for years in my old house. This shower head is so great that I had it installed in my new home as well.

Although I give this a 4-star rating for functionality and aesthetics, I give it a poor rating for replacement part availability. As someone else has mentioned this shower head will start leaking fast and once it starts to leak as a secondary drip, it will soon be Niagra Falls level of leak off the back of the shower head on the main head unit. I recently went to the store to find replacement washers for internal application where the leak is and the large o-ring that has squared off sides cannot be found in Home Depot or any other hardware store...the answer I received from an employee,"The parts are warrantied for lifetime so call the company to get replacement washers". Think about that before you spend this much money on a single shower head kit.

We've had this shower 8.5 years and have been very satisfied until recently. Slowly over time several of the holes have become blocked and whatever made the water pulse is no longer working. On the jet setting, there is no longer any pulsing and several of the holes are clogged. I put it in a plastic bag and filled it with vinegar and let it soak overnight, to no avail.

I loved the way our new bathroom looked, everything matches and lots of time spent online looking for the right shower fixtures. Sadly enough, have to admit beauty doesn't last forever... After 6 months of our bathroom remodel the shower head started leaking and everything has to be replaced. Still dont know how much this will cost us, hopefully not a lot because I will not have a happy husband.

I've had all kinds of trouble getting hot water out of this faucet. I 've taken off the cover and rotated the mechanism and still get lukewarm water. I even turned up the heat on my hot water heater. I can get hot water out of the sink but apparently they want you to take cold showers with this faucet. My cheaper model in the guest bathroom works 10 times better. The shower pressure is lousy as well and even the tape that shows the red and blue is coming off. I would not recommend this product at all.

Whenever you want to adjust the temperature of the unit, you have to hold the pressure valve and the adjust the temperature valve. If not, you can shut down the flow. This feature is aggravating especially when you take account of the cost verse standard valve. Not worth it.

4 of 5 stars due to somewhat vague installation instructions and some plastic parts. Geared slightly towards a typical plumber, but readily discernible. In the end, the install was very straight forward. Plastic trim pieces with limited direction of where to apply sealant.

Purchased oil rubbed bronze Delta Victorian shower head and hand held and bathroom sink fixtures about 4 years ago. Love the style and finish...however, before long the finish has completely worn off parts of the shower handle...the shower head and hand held drip for a while after turned off and now there is residue from the water dripping on both...not possible to remove residue and save the finish...extremely expensive to replace

This is a beautiful shower head and enhances our walk-in shower. We purchased it during our bathroom remodeling. I am very pleased with the water pressure, even though it has only two settings. The two settings are just right! I also purchased other accessories that match this shower head for the rest of the bathroom. Everyone compliments on how wonderful it looks. As far as the ease of installation, I am not sure, as we had a plumber install it.

My plumber suggested that I get a trim kit rather than the whole assembly for my bathroom remodel. I was rather surprised that the trim kits are about the same price as a full faucet kit. However, upon installation - I realized the savings a trim kit afforded - according to the plumber it saved about 2 hours of work - and with the prices plumbers charge - this was a major savings. The finished product is beautiful and all three shower spray settings work very nicely!

This collection looks great but lacking in quality. After only one year the shower head leaks terribly and sprays out around the area where two pieces join together in order to adjust the spray. Also, the tub faucet has begun to drip constantly and the temperature adjustment dial is extremely hard to move. We also have the widespread lavatory faucet and it too has begun to drip. Purchasing this whole collection seems to have been quite an expensive mistake.

Would like to see the temp control not be made of plastic. The settings for water pressure are great.
