We purchased a new home in Nov 2009. 6 of these Delta shower faucets are installed in 5 showers. 4 of the 6 are now gushing water as depicted in many of the previous reviews. Data seems to show defective products. Would like a replacement. JH

Bought this design for our house. Master bath has two showers which requires 2 shower heads. One started leaking from inside the housing. Service was great helping me find the part # RP34355. Only to find out that this color was DISCONTINUED. Not happy

These were in all of the showers in our house when we purchased it. I like them and they have great water pressure, but, as other reviewers point our, water leaks out through the joint where the parts fit together. It starts as a small leak, but soon becomes unusable. It is not possible to take apart and fix. Since I am not the original owner, the warranty does not apply to me. I can't recommend this showerhead due to this reliability issue.

Installed in 3 showers by our home builder & worked fine for years, but now water gushes out the edge of the space that rotates to select the spray when set on any setting. We have 3 of these and they are ALL LEAKING!

Easy installation and esthetically pleasing.The main shower setting provides water pressure that is both relaxing and energizing! Very pleased with the selection!

I have this shower head in my master bathroom and it leaks at the swivel point and apparently others are having the same issue. I did replace the screen gasket....soaked it in white vinegar to get dirt and lime out. I cannot find any parts for this item as well . . . Good pressure in all settings but the leak is really annoying.

I have 6 of these shower heads in 5 different bathrooms. Very clean and upscale design for the price. However, one started leaking very badly and is also dripping (possible valve issue too). Upon inspection it appears the internal gasket in the showerhead is deteriorated. Unfortunately the leaking showerhead is in the master bath which has double heads. It appears I will have to remove one from another bathroom to keep matching heads and replace the defective unit. I am now concerned about the longevity of the remaining showerheads.

We purchased a large Toll Brothers built home in 2005, where all plumbing fixtures were from Delta. In general, we are quite satisfied with all Delta products. However, we have encountered problem with the Delta Victorian 5 1/2” touch clean 3 setting Venetian bronze shower heads. It is a bit annoying to find that by April 2018, five of the six installed shower heads are leaking.

We have 4 of the older model of this shower head and they all have leaks and 2 came apart and won't go back together. I have used cleaners to break up the mineral deposits but having 2 that I cannot put back together is the most annoying. Been trying to find anything online showing how to fix them but no luck.

This shower head has been wonderful. Recently, however, it has started leaking internally. I have tried replacing the o-ring but to no avail. There is as much water coming from around the guard ring as from the nozzles.

There is less and less selection available in polished brass, so I was happy to discover this product from Delta. It feels like it's well built, is nice looking, and has surprisingly strong water flow. Unfortunately those pros are offset by a fundamental design flaw: it is impossible to get a leak-free seal using only teflon tape as specified in the directions. The standard 1/2-inch fpt coupling nut is very shallow causing the shower arm to bottom out against an internal plastic flow restrictor after only a few threads of engagement (far too few to get any binding action between the nut and shower arm). I called Delta for suggestions and was told to use more teflon tape (I tried from 3 to 8 turns of Blue Monster tape which has NEVER failed me except with this product). I'll never understand why Delta didn't simply design the coupling nut to accept a rubber washer, but the nut is too shallow to add one. That said, in the end I opted to keep the product anyway because of the pros mentioned earlier and the fact that the very slow but annoying drip is inside the shower where it can't cause any problems - and only the installer will probably ever know that it leaks ;-)

Purchased this shower head and everything else to do a complete bathroom remodel from Home Depot. The shower head worked great for approx. 8 years and still looks brand new. All of a sudden it started leaking between the cone shaped piece and the large outer ring. One call and a few minutes with Delta and a new replacement is on it's way. I am amazed that a lifetime warranty was actually honored. The representative at Delta was very polite and apologized for the problem. That is Customer Service that is very rare to find these days. Thank you Delta!

AMAZING AND FULL POWER SHOWER

It absolutely is what I was looking for. Love the 3 choices for spray.

I like the shower head but it is hard to change to the other sprays patterns, so i just leave it on the main one.

Nice spray pattern with a finish that matched our other hardware at a reasonable price.

Working great ater your shower you feel super clean

This seems to be a known issue. Shower is leaking for the the back where you select the setting. Was wondering if anyone here found a solution instead of having to but a replacement shower head.

Cone of the fine spray not as wide as the one we had, but it will do.

We have very hard water and need to clean our water hardware often to keep them looking clean and functional. This is our 3rd nozzle in 10 years. It’s exactly the hardware we needed to replace and easily installed.

We built our home with all delta plumbing victorian. Shower heads are gushing water through the sides. Life time warranty is a concern. Not sure where to address this? We need our shower heads…
