problem installing
I cant figure out why this diverter handle will not stay on, the screw will not hold it on what am i missing with this product ? the handle just pins around

3 way and 6 way diverter
We redid the master bath with 2 shower heads on the three way diverter and a rain shower, hand held shower and a tub spout. Stainless finish .looks great and works great at a reasonable price and made in the USA .

After installation, and first use, the product seems to be defective. It does not regulate the water temperature. No cold water is allowed through the opening in the diverter valve. Extremely hot water is getting through so the shower cannot be used. This is the second Delta trim kit I've purchased in three months. The first kit was the wrong fitting yet the products were recommended as a set but must be purchased individually. Either the recommendations are incorrect or Delta didn't get these quite right. I will not purchase Delta products again.

Good looking, solid made, works just fine
Installed this as part of a custom shower. This is an all-metal trim, easy to install, aesthetically perfect. Matches all other trims and faucets of Vero series just fine. Very recommended.

Works as advertised
Quality Delta product with the price to match. Relatively easy to install w/o a plumber; just follow the instructions and make sure you have the right valve fitting installed in the wall.
