Excellent product. Ordered these online and got them in about 3 days. Installed yesterday and they look great. Very well made, solid handles. Note, the entire handle you see in the picture is one piece - the cross part does not rotate independently of the base. Just remove the Delta crystal balls you have now and install this with a single screw. Easy.

Beautiful, heavy, high quality handles. They fit my Delta rough-in plumbing perfectly. I ordered them online and they arrived just a few days later (free shipping.) Just what I was hoping for. They look exactly like the photo on their website. On a side note, Home Depot is great about returning items to your local store that you ordered online. I ordered several items lately that didn't work out for me, and I simply took them to my local store for a full refund, no questions asked. No worries about having to pay return shipping costs that many online retailers require.

The classic style of the Cassidy roman tub faucets is exactly what I wanted for my garden tub in my master bathroom. Until now, I had a pair of plastic knobs on the tub. Adding the Cassidy faucets transformed the tub and the bathroom immediately. The faucets are taller than some others I've seen and they look regal. I hung big white plush towels and added candles at one end of the tub. The look is fabulous! The faucets made the difference.
