This was a replacement for a shower head that broke. Somehow when adjusting the spray position, the head broke off on the old one. It has been in service for about 9 years. This replacement was essentially identical to the old one. Note that it is only a shower head, no hose, no brackets or fixtures included, so only get it if it looks just like one you have that you need to replace. Also note that it contains a backflow prevention device, actually it contains TWO of them, and another little filter device and the 3 of these together SEVERELY restrict the water flow. If you are OK with a gentle mist for a shower and probably saving lots of water that is fine, but if you want a shower that gets the job done, then a few minutes with a needle nose pliers will solve the problem and get a good solid jet of water flowing. Only giving 4 stars because of the severe water restriction before removing the items mentioned above.

Was able to use the existing hose and elbow to connect to new nozzle. No tools needed!

Had to replace the hand shower head when the original dropped and broke in the shower. Replacement fit fine, easily installed and didn't leak. Quality seemed a little lower than original but acceptable. Price was high but has to be expected when buying OEM replacement; when you need one you're glad to find one.

It looks and works great but have to be careful not to drop it. It is a plastic product. Hope Delta will make a metal one!
