Little bummed the igniter only works 1/3 of the time. I have read the troubleshooting guide and have set the tolerances and confirmed area is clear of debris but still most times have to ignite manually. Otherwise it’s a great product very pleased with the quality and heat output.

This was exactly what I was looking for!! Quick and easy to set up, puts off just the right amount of heat, and the best part, no smoke! I've only used it 3 or 4 times so far, so I'm not sure about longevity. But so far, so good! It's really pretty with the copper bowl too.

The Del Rio is a great propane fire pit. Comes pretty much assembled and ready to use. Very clear instructions for the burn off process and even on high heat, reflected little to no heat towards my composite deck which was imperative for my application. The Del Rio is the centerpiece of my DIY fire pit and has been a great addition working extremely well. Only minor negative is I wish the tank hose was about 5 feet longer (About 5 feet now) to be further from the pit and reduce the trip hazard. Otherwise, an outstanding fire pit.

We really love the Del Rio fire pit. Would Rated it a 5 if the starter was more robust. To many times starter won’t ignite gas, and have to use lighter to start manually. However with that said we love the product and would recommend it to others. Constructively I hope the manufacturer will improve their starter.

We are very pleased with this fire pit. It worked as we had hoped. The fire is low enough to warm the people sitting around. We are using it on our artificial wood deck and it stays cool underneath so there is no danger of melting the plastic decking. There is only one improvement that we could think of: It would be nice if it had the ability to attach a longer gas line so that we could place the propane tank off the side of the deck.

Fantastic outdoor fire pit. Low to the ground so it looks and works like a real fire pit. Very attractive looking and functional.

Everything and more. The copper bowl is beautiful. Am replacing the lava rock with fire pit glass beads for a magnificent look.

We have used this on the deck with a couple patio stones under it, and on the patio. Love that it is portable. It gives off a fair bit of hear even on low settings. And to top it off, it's pretty with the bronze fire bowl.

Broken knob and the wrong manual but once I glued the 3 pieces together it worked.

Came fast, easy set up, great family fun

Simple design, yet attractive with the copper fire bowl. The low height means heat on your legs as well as upper body.

It gives us very warm and romantic atmosphere.

This came perfectly packed, was able to remove from box and set up in a matter of minutes. The gorgeous copper bowl really gives it a touch of class. Came with plenty of lava rocks to fill up the bowl perfectly. I did get the extra hose attachment so I can "hide" my propane tank. The cover is durable and well made. If you're on the fence about this firepit - just do it. You'll love it.

In operation for a couple weeks now and I am very happy with this product. Appears to be well designed, very well made and provides good control of flame/heat. Some concern regarding finish of the bowl holding up to environment/heat but so far, so good - the cover for the unit (included and also very well made) should help.

I brought this fire pit so that we can take it camping and use it on our back patio as a family and we love it. It puts off a good amount of heat and looks awesome at night. The construction feels durable and I believe it will hold up for a long time. I like that it came with a cover for when it is not being used. I do wish that it came with a bag to transport the lava rocks when we take it places, I did not like the idea of leaving them in the dish when taking it camping. I do have to say it is a bigger fire pit and may not be ideal if you do not have extra space when taking it camping, but we felt it would be worth it because it allows for us to have more people around the fire. Another thing we love about it is that you can just turn it on or off with the built-in igniter and knob. Also you do not smell like smoke afterwards when you turn in for the night because it is a smokeless flame. I will recommend this fire pit to others for sure

With fire bans in effect. This was a great substitute. And its large enough for the whole family to sit around and enjoy. Not having to worry about hot coals and rogue sparks is a big plus. It is worth the money

The product arrived broken. If I didn't need it the weekend I received it, I would have returned it. Colorado is in a stage 2 burn ban, so I need it. You can't beat a wood fire, so this fire pit is not bad.

It will not stay lit. We can restart it, but it will go out after 5-10 minutes.

This will be our 3rd year- use this constantly all year!

Bought my original Del Rio in 2008...it just rusted away after 9 years. That's not a negative as it gave it's life for the satisfaction of my friends, family and myself over the years. Wouldn't trade it for the world and am buying a new one. The design has changed slightly (shallower bowl now) but new features like regulator valve is a welcome new feature. I live in the city and have a 16 x 12 wooden deck attached to house...so I was looking for something fun and the Del Rio has classy style and it delivers. Friends like that there's no smoke. Now, I know it's not advised but I occasionally added small round maple cross-sections of wood, about 1 inch thick sometimes to get the smell of a real fire. The propane fire keeps the smoke going up in the air without distraction, but retains the integrity of no sparks or embers flying to cause possible fire elsewhere. YMMV. Great pit...going on round two....thanks CampChef!!!!

Perfect for our dock!

Was as advertised, so nice to be able to shut it off and know there are no embers to worry about. If had one recommendation it would be a storage bag or bucket to carry rock when hauling pit in camper.

The grill is even nicer than the photo. It lights easily and is plenty hot on low, but has power to heat a large area on high. I love the look of the copper bowl. It is easy to move and the cover that comes with it keeps it dry. Nothing to put together. For the price I think I got a great deal.

Great price for a very nice fire pit. we had an initial problem with the electric starter but the company provided great customer service and the issue was fixed quickly. Would definitely recommend it.

The pit was easy to assemble, looks great, and is the perfect size for our use. Gives off quite a bit of heat too. Were satisfied.

After about 10 years of strongly hinting to my hubby that I wanted a fire pit, I finally got one for Mother's Day. I'm not a huge fan of campfire smell so the gas version is perfect. Easy set-up and instructions although the hubster did nearly singe his eyebrows off upon starting but I'm thinking that might be more a reflection on him rather than the product. Guys: make your wife happy and buy this already.
