The doorbell is easy to install. The doorbell button works well; but the appearance is plain. I purchased an extra button for a second door; but could not find a button that matches the one that comes with the doorbell. The reason that i did not rate it higher is the quality of the sound. It would be nice if the internet included a way to hear the quality of the sound and ring tones prior to purchasing.

This is the best wireless for multiple level floors.

Easy to install. I hope it will last longer than the previous doo chime. It only lasted 1year.

Easy to install. Interior unit looks good. Range was adequate to play chimes downstairs where we could hear it. Some small parts that were listed were not in the package-minor annoyance.

I absolutely DISAPPOINTED! Per reading the review I see I am not the only person with this issue. I purchased this product and the battery that came with the push button did not work at all. I called into their their customer services there rep told me the battery is a "gift". I can purchase replacement battery on my own. I am looking to return this item due to the poor quality and service I received. BEWARE if purchased make sure you have extra money to dish out not only for the C Batteries but also the "gift" battery they send to you. NEVER will I buy another Honeywell product again.

This is working well for us. I appreciate the the push button has to be paired with the chime to operate it (it come's pre-paired) so neighbor's doorbell buttons can't make yours ring. It's worked reliably for us so far.

First, this comes with a battery for the push-button, and you have to get four c-cells for the device. The battery for the button was dead. Luckily I had one at home, so I didn't have to go back out and get one just to test the device out. Next, the sound is not really "CD Quality." It's kind of raspy. Not sure if it's just low bitrate, unwanted resonant vibration of the device, or both. It's not awful, but it's not as good as the "CD Quality Sound" listed in the specifications would suggest. My main gripe is this: I wanted it for the Westminster Chime, with the advertised sound quality giving me hope that they'd done it right. First there's the raspy sound as I mentioned, then there's the fact that they cut off the sound before it's done. When you ring a bell, there's the sound of the bell being struck (the "attack"), then there's what's known as the "decay," or the tone of the bell gently fading out. Well, with this thing, the decay is abruptly cut off before it fades out. I find it a little jarring, and there's no reason for them to have done that, other than sloppiness in design.

The instructions were very easy to follow and installation is a breeze.

Bought this to replace a cheater wireless door bell that never worked worth a darn..... This one works great, rain does not cause ant problems .

For a long time we had a ding-dong bell. Was ok, but it was time to upgrade. We are so glad we did with this Wireless door Chime from Honeywell. It make a big difference. We love it. Sometimes we press the buttom just to hear the sound. Great purchase
