The texture is great for anti slip in most cases. I walked in the house after stepping in water, and did not slip . Shampoo in the shower can still make it slippery. This is the main reason I like daltile. Now, to the other news. The color variation is too extreme in the tiles i had installed. I did get the sandalo Sw93 Rafia Noce. If you are laying out the tile to match color variation between tile to tile, it is hard. 30% of the tile we had was hard to match with the other tile. I still had to scrap 10% of the tile because of the color. In the shower, I did make use of 20% of the unmatched tile. i put a horizontal 3 inch strip of mosaic across the back wall of the shower, then the unmatched tile above the mosaic. The contractors that lay out this tile do not care what the colors look like. They just plop them down. i think whoever was doing color inspect at daltile was having a bad day.

there was too much pink in the tiles that do not show up in the pictured display.

Tiles did not grout well. Lines not even.

This tile is 1/4" thick, not 5/16"as stated in the description. This is not a big deal if you aren't trying to match to other tiles, however, this is a big problem for me, as I bought tile in 5/16" thickness to use as an accent.

No color match

This tile cuts very easily without chipping. All the tile stayed sq. And easy to install
