The color and hardware are not at all as pictured. Hardware is aluminum, silver not black, chains are much shorter than pictures and no hook at the end -- a small clip instead. Very disappointed. Will be returning these.

I really like these baskets. The only weakness is the top hook for hanging,but that can be replaced with something stronger.

love the baskets I have three all ready, for 8 yrs and are in nice shape . still look like new.

I was shopping for all white wicker basket. Based on the picture the chain looks white too. I had to buy white paint to cover the chain.

I am finally using the planters. They arrived on time & looked as good as their pictures. Weather recently warmed up so we mounted them on wood posts & filled them with flowers. The white color makes the multi-colored flowers really stand out!
