I ordered these items 3 times from Home Depot and 3 times they sent me the wrong products - I returned them 3 times but store clerks said they could not help - the bin is probably marked incorrectly at the warehouse and no one knows how to fix this at Home Depot. I've given up and will buy these elsewhere. The product itself is great - excellent quality - Home Depot needs to get their act together.

It’s beautiful and I wish I would’ve purchased it sooner.

This is a very nice, heavy, door lever. The price on the keyed version was the same as the privacy version, so we put locking door knobs in our entire basement. Very clean look. Very smooth close and open. You truly get what you pay for with this and it is an amazing product. We will be working on replacing all of our door knobs to Delaney after using this one.
