Sometimes when dealing with mobiles or double wides you will need to find a specialty part for replacement. This Danco toilet flange is sturdy and versatile. I like the fact it is plastic and having the 4 attachment hooks makes it easier when tighening the flange down. You can use teflon tape or liquid teflon to ensure no leaks. It can also be screwed to the floor. Good luck!

One of the easiest closet flanges I've ever installed. Removal of the old one was harder than replacing with the new one. All I did was cut out the old flange right below the top portion using a dremel tool with a round cutoff wheel. I inserted the new one right where the old one used to be and it fit snug enough to add glue to the inside of old flange and it held. I also used my rotary hammer drill and 5/8 masonry bit to predrill for cement lead anchors 3" and hammered them down with no problems. Held tight installed toilet with wax ring and called it done.

The seven inch closet flange has eight counter sunk holes for a flush mount ; it also has a slot on each side for any adjustment that may be needed . The flange also has a three and one quarter male NPT thread so a sealed fit works best to trap any methane gas , the threads will act as a good seal and help stabilize the toilet from any shifting , Danco products are great.

If you are running ABS plastic waste piping in a house this is a flange that you will need to connect into a 3" female threaded fitting at the floor connection for a standard or low flow, floor mount toilet. It comes with the screws to connect the flange to the flooring and sub-floor and has the slots needed for the toilet bolts to connect to the flange. Nice, simple design that does exactly what it is supposed to do. I ran a wrap of teflon tape around the threads to help assure a water and gas tight connection.

This is great for my RV project I am working on. This is a thick flange and seems very durable. This comes in very simple packaging as well, doesn't have any instructions or paperwork included but it's pretty self explanatory. This flange will mount just about every standard toilet on the market and mounts to most RV toilets as well. Next time I need to replace the flanges in my house I will probably use these, these are stronger than the previous I purchased when installing new toilets.
