We had a phone just like this one which lasted about 15 or so years. Was having some minor problems so we thought maybe it was time for a new one. We could not find the exact one we had before (the same company) so we thought this one would be close to what we had. It looked great on line and when we opened the box but the sound and connection was horrible. We thought maybe it was just this one phone had a problem so we returned this one and purchased another exact one. Same thing. Connection was terrible. When we did connect with someone the person could not hear us and then when we hung up it would not disconnect. We returned this one too. If I were Home Depot I would stay away from the manufactured of this phone so it does not ruin their reputation.
