We currently own a 103 year old 9000 sq. foot mansion. Renovation projects are always exciting and we are always looking for time saving products. This sprayer was exactly the ticket for a major basement project. It has probably saved at least 15 hours of time already as well as a beautiful professional look. Using a sprayer inside can be somewhat dangerous but with a latex paint it cuts down the catastrophe level! The sprayer is very easy to use and I can't believe how quick and easy it cleans up! I have told a bunch of my friends about this amazing product and can't wait to turn it loose on some outdoor projects this summer. Give this product a try! Great results! Nice cost value! Awesome! I have used the Wagner Control Spray Plus for about 2 years to spray water-based lacquer onto guitars. The finish must be flawless and to my delight, the Wagner does the trick for far less money than a pro-level HVLP system. I plan to purchase the same sprayer when my current one wears out, but even after almost daily use, it works like it did the day I bought it.

First of all, it was a little confusing purchasing this because there is also a Control Spray MAX model, which I think is the newer version of the Plus model, and I think there were multiple SKUs for the Plus model which made it even more confusing. Anyhow, I'm in the process of using this to paint a fence using Kilz 2 Latex Primer. The first time I tried it without diluting the primer, but the second time I diluted it and it works MUCH better diluted. I just added a few ounces of water from my reverse osmosis filter and the spray comes out nice and even. Without dilution, it comes out a little splatty. I've used it probably 8-10 hours so far without any problems. Cleanup is much faster and cleaner than using brushes and rollers.

I have been spraying pre cat lacquer on kitchen cabinets for 2 years with this sprayer as a side job A lot of the guys I know that work in cabinet shops cannot believe that I get such a great finish with this gun I add 1 cup lacquer thinner per gallon and away I go Just finished my own kitchen and brother in law was so jealous of the finish compared to his new kitchen done by ( professional ) cabinet shop Only problem is gun gets worn out by having to clean up with lacquer thinner on my second gun now But for the price well worth it

The product is light weight and works very good, have painted a doors and trim the end results were very good.

I own a small construction business and purchased what looked like a great online deal on this sprayer....by a well known manufacturer. Right out of the box, the sprayer would not work....did not turn on at all.

I got this sprayer in Jan. was a little worried how it would work, I didn't want to thin down a much a the direction wanted, but it work great whith then thicker mixture, Sprayed evenly, no matter what pattern I used, easy and quick to change pattern. Had little over spray. As for clean up it was quick and easy.

This Wagner paint sprayer works well. Easy to clean and has great features. I would recommend this sprayer if your a home owner and you want a good quality finish on your project. Can be used indoors and out.

We are very happy with this Sprayer! It works well on small areas as moulding, as well as larger spaces (as inside of cabinets).

I found this product easy to use and quite a time saver. My only issue was having to thin latex. Rather than thin,as recomended,I would prefer to pour the paint into the cup ... and spray !

This unit is for products like varnishes and stains. Do not use for latex Works very well for its intended purpose

seems to be a good sprayer. it is easy to use and lightweight. it is easy to clean.

I watched a video on YouTube of a guy painting a 'sugar shack'(which is equivalent to a large shed), with this paint sprayer. That video convinced me that it would do what I needed and wanted to do; I used it to paint my 12 x 12 ft shed. It covered great, was quick and it only took one coat!! I will use this sprayer again whenever I need to get a big job done....inside or out...and not take forever to get it done. I'm glad I bought it. I wouldn't want to be without it.

This product is good , I used for doors and they look like new.

This paint gun is amazing. The first time I used it I was on a very cold and windy day and I just wanted to get a base coat down on a bench I was making. I barely had any overspray and I was able to control my paint even in the wind. It took me a few passes to get the hang of how to handle the gun to get the result I wanted and once I did, I finished the bench in less than 5 minutes. I love the precision that I can get with this gun and also the spray patterns for the different pieces that I make and paint. The clean up process is the easiest I have ever done and I have used different guns over time. I also love the fact that I can switch to another color immediately therefore making light work of two different projects at the same time. Excellent product.

This product does what the $1000 machine @ tenth of the cost. Of course there are something's that can't be done. But for all intend & purpose, Wagner had hit the mark right on.

We recently replaced our 700sqft wooden deck. Building the deck was quiet a task, but staining it was perceived an even bigger task. But that was before I began using the Wagner Control Spray Plus HVLP Low Overspray System, Model# FS2400, that I purchased just for this job despite advice against spraying. Using a spray on/brush in technique, the stain went on in significantly less time than brushing, and brushing in worked the stain into the surface of the wooden deck. The FS2400 is easy to use and clean but does require a learning curve for applying a consistent spray. Very pleased with the decision to purchase this sprayer.

This sprayer was a daily special at Home Depot - the price was right and we snagged it to paint metal cabinets we were refinishing. My partner took the lead on this one and the only complaint he had was the hose would sometimes come out of the power supply. Other than that, it is easy to use, parts are easy to clean and a handy little tool to have around.

When opening the box I couldn't believe the different attachments and functions. I had purchased a Wagner many years ago and paid same price and it was just a standard sprayer. We have not used yet waiting for spring.

This will great for painting the fences and decks at my house and cabin.

This sprayer does the job of bigger sprayers, but at a fraction of the price! Open the box, plug it in and get to work. I used this product to paint my house/garage and completely tickled with the results.

I purchased this sprayer mostly for painting the inside of our outdated kitchen cabinets. Diluting the paint is a must, and it takes a little time to get the right consistency. But once you do, painting goes really fast. Getting into all of the corners and little areas would have taken forever with a brush. But I made quick work of it with this sprayer. I had to watch for drippage, and I kept a brush and a drip rag in my back pocket. But that was mostly for my own inability to put on a light coat. It worked great, it was really inexpensive, it made the job much faster, and it was super easy to clean. So far, I would highly recommend it.

I found that you can't rush the job, painting lattice panels, it sure beats hand painting. I found that putting all components, in a pail of warm soap and water, before I cleaned each individual, broken down item, made clean up easier.

If you follow the directions, you shouldn't have any issues. Read a previous review that said "takes longer to clean than it did to paint". That is the truth, Very new to spray painting and I researched for hours. Pretty much made up my mind on the other testimonials.

The sprayer worked much better than I thought it would, not great, but pretty good. As I was painting 12 doors, both sides, I would have liked a wider spray pattern to help eliminate gaps in the coverage. Also, dried paint would collect on the tip and then shoot onto my work until I learned to wipe it off every minute or 2. I shot unthinned latex so perhaps that was my problem. The unit cleaned up quickly and easily and was ready to go every day that I used it. It's been 2 weeks since I finished the job and the inside of my right thumb is still numb from gripping the handle. I used a Graco airless for 10 years and that never happened to me.

I made this purchase after reading reviews on this site and felt I was led to a good decision. I have to spray a polyurethane enamel marine on a number of small boats. Although not specifically designed to spray paints I have found the sprayer to work very well with paint thinned to an appropriate thickness. The adjustable volume works well to create a controllable spray. The sprayer works so well and fast that I have found that I spend more time setting it up and cleaning it than the job itself which takes only a couple of minutes. Although not built for professional use, this seems a good value in a home sprayer that will get light to moderate use.

I had one minor problem with the unit when it arrived (filter cover was broken) but after letting service know about it, I received a new part within a couple of days. It was fun and easy to use and would not hesitate to buy another if needed.
