I took a chance and ordered this wardrobe door as there were many reviews about broken/damaged doors. First ordered and shipped to the store, when I went to pick up the doors were packaged so well that I needed to rent a home depot truck...no bid deal....rental sent smoothly. Whey did I need to rent a truck, because the doors were packaged so well.. you would think that it was precious china. It was secured in a wooden frame.. that took 2 people to get in the house. It took several weeks to install. Installation was very simple...with the recommended tools...only electric tools used was a drill. Very happy with the results...you would think that this was the original door for the house. This is a great update to a 1945 house that had original closet doors that could not close.

The quality of this item was as expected for paying less than for solid wood doors. The item is easily installed, and is a quick way to change the look of a room. Shipping and customer service was nothing short of a joke. I ordered 4 sets of door and one set came damaged. I contacted Home Depot and the manufacturer. The manufacturer didn't even respond, the First Lady I spoke with at HD customer care was very helpful and tried every way possible to help, the second lady also helped, and applied a discount to my order for the problems. I was to order replacement and take the damaged one back to the store, the replacement came damaged as well. Once again HD customer care was helpful, and offer another disocunt, which was never added to account. After finally taking damaged items to store, the refund was given, but half of the original discount was taken away. So they applied a discount for the troubles, but then took it away, and after it was all said and done I paid over $70 for shipping of two sets of damaged items. Order these and most likely they will show up damaged.

When I opened the box, the glass was cracked and the tracks were bent.

The doors worked out great, separated a hall from a bathroom. Love it!

The doors look pretty. Our closet is from floor to ceiling and I was not sure about the color and design. My old closet doors were creamy white. I searched the website of Home Depot and did not find appropriate white ones. This appeared to be the best choice. I had someone picked up from HD, which was heavy with the packaging materials. After the package was opened up, the door was not heavy at all. One person can carry a piece. They are easy to install. The color and the design look high end. I love the doors. I will order another set for our second closet. Only one thing I wish it would be different. I wish the finish of the wood parts are more glazed. .

Very nice looking door unit, easy to install.

I cannot speak to the installation, for I had it professionally installed. This looks great with my oak hardwood floors and give such a nice clean look. A great alternative to mirrored and slatted closet doors.

The doors are high quality. Instructions very easy to follow along with the installation video. Had the doors installed in 90 minutes. The doors slide as if they are floating. Best decision I have made in a long time!

Installation was a breeze. Price was fair. Would purchase again for sure.
