Totally Different Colors
I was very disappointed in the color of this rug. The quality and size are fine, but the photo online shows an overwhelming look of burgundy and some greens, golds and creams mixed in. The rug I received is an overwhelming look of cream and candy apple red with some green and gold mixed in.
Home Depot cannot do anything because the rug is shipped directly from the manufacturer and an exchange may give me the same thing again. The manufacturer changed the whole look of the rug and needs to either change the photos or go back to making the beautiful rug in the photo. This is not the color I was looking for, so mine will be returned and I'll look for a different rug elsewhere.

Please keep in mind that rugs have a light side and dark side. The pile opens up after a few days out of the packaging. You can rotate your rug 180 degrees to see if it changes the tone (this is the light side and dark side scenario). The natural or electrical light (and depends on the type of electrical light) may also adjust the color hue of the rug. Last but not least, please keep in mind that monitor and PDA settings may affect the colors. Even though we provide a number of images, there are more in rectangle sizes that may show the colors more. Furthermore, we carry this rug instore as well and the video show the color more to it's true self - once again keep in mind that monitor and PDA settings may affect the contrast/brightness based on your settings:

Great quality rug...perfect amount of thickness, but not too thick. Very high quality for the price. Would hold up to lots of wear and tear. Unfortunately, it was not the right size for our space, so we had to return it for something else.

This rug is stunningly beautiful! I examined it next to my hand-knotted silk Persian Rug that costs over $1,000 for a 3' x 5', and this rug looks every bit the same quality. Why would anyone pay that kind of money when you can achieve the same effect? You cannot know from looking at the pictures, how rich the colors are in this rug, or how soft and thick the pile is. It came to me tightly rolled, but within a couple of hours it was lying flat on the floor. No question that this rug will be very durable and look great for many years. I could hardly believe the price I paid for it! I highly recommend this rug to anyone who appreciates quality.

Very disappointed in the purchase and had to return the item. Although the color was exactly as shown and perfect for the space, the rug did not lay flat. It was buckled in several areas. I tried to place it under a much heavier and larger area rug in order to flatten the rug. I left it under this "iron" for a full week and it did nothing to correct the problem. I can only assume the materials are not of high quality and I therefore would not recommend this rug .

Love the carpets. Purchased 2 runners for a small rug for the entryway. Compliments my wood floors. Colors are multi and hides the dirt. The runners need a pad so it won't slip around.
