The thickness of this rug was exactly what I was looking for in the dining area of our home. The colors are perfect and large enough to comfortably fit under a large dining table and chairs. We purchased this rug in January 2018 and love the warmth it brought to our home.

Please reach out to us and to Home Depot - 1 star review warrants a freight claim and not a product review as we nor Home Depot do not drive the Fed Ex or UPS truck and more than likely it is not the drivers either, it must have happened within their supply chain. Let us know if we an help by contacting us as Fed Ex or UPS would pick up the rug from you for us to allow to file a claim and we can process a replacement

The rugs are nice with good color, but the carpet pile is much shorter and not as dense as expected. Should have bought one to try it out to be sure of quality but wanted to make sure they all came from the same dye lot.
