Like everyone else, the rug was rolled so tight, that even after 2 weeks with weight on it, it still is lumpy. They really need to be rolled on a tube. Beautiful rug otherwise.

Hi Pam, try reverse rolling the places where the rug creases, it should help flatten out.

The rug looks great and matches our decor. It adds a bit of class too. Since it has a lot of black, white fuzzies do show up. That's easily solved with a hand vac. It's worth it!
