Was recommended by a family member. This is my second Electrolux 2 in 1. The first one died after 2 years. I love how well it works except for the fact that the unit runs for a few seconds and shuts off. It seems that the battery no longer holds a charge and the batteries cannot be replaced. Sadly I cannot find a replacement for it and may have to look at another brand.

I bought this Electrolux from a thrift store and all I have to say is I Love it! I am used to the big bulky vacuums that do not fit under the gap between my cabnets and floor, and this little guy is a sure fit! The swivel head is great for getting the corner areas too. I also enjoy not having to plug it in from room to room, the cordless feature is a plus for me. Especially since I have a 2700sq ft home to vacuum. Granted I have to stop often to empty the cannister, but eing a woman it is good exercise. My dogs may not like it, but I love it!

I bought this a few years ago. It never worked properly and I thought I was doing something wrong. My tech savvy friend cleaned it and checked it out and said it appeared to be fine. It never had enough suction to clean even minimal cat hair/dust from my hard wood floor, in fact the dirt it did pick up landed back on the floor in a pile wherever I stopped using it. Highly frustrating and very disappointing performance for a high priced Electrolux. A broom from Walmart would have served me better.

I received this as a gift. I assembled it hung the charger, drained the power upon it's first use to maximise the efficiency of the battery and was gravely disappointed upon it's second use. the charge is minimal as is the power and the fact that it's discontinued illustrates Electrolux's complacency. I'm about to find out their level of accountability.

The only thing this vacuum canister can offer is that it has decent suction when it works. It has no movement in the wheels therefore does not take corners. It is heavy and very cumbersome. The wires run through the vacuum hose therefore catching everything that goes in them, causing major clogs that are almost impossible to get out! Lastly, bag less isn't always the best way to go, sure it is convenient, but this vacuum leaves dust film all over your walls. I cant imagine what the engineers that designed this vacuum were thinking. If you have rugs and animals this would not be the vacuum for you. Thumbs down on this one!

The hand tool caddy is in a terrible position. The hand tools are pathetic quality. After using this vacuum, I wish I had not been so set on having another Eureka. I bought it because I could not find another motor for my old one. I would not recommend this product.

The overall look and feel was perfect. Quality control is important. By the time I buy I want to make sure it works. The floor unit with brush was the major selling point. However, no one from the factory checked the belt that drives the floor unit. The best part is that I bought it at Home Depot. Returning was a breeze.

I loved it the first time I used it. However, the carpet head pops off while you're vacuuming, and the tools are not very well fitted on the canister for storage. Would not recommend.
