This is a very nice machine that is very easy to use and does a very good job. I would not rate it as commercial grade, it's better described as homeowner quality - that is not a criticism, more an observation of the size of the pad and the weight. I have really enjoyed using the machine, and it has done a really nice job in bringing 60 year old terrazzo floors back to life. If I could show you a before and after picture you would be impressed. Be sure that you order plenty of pads in various colors. Last comments, this machine is that now the heavy commercial type that weights 150lbs, it is very easy to manage the weight, the downside of that is that if you have to get through tough buildup on the floor it will take more time, but don't be discouraged with the appropriate pad and enough time it will work through a very thick buildup of dirt and old was. I recommend Zap products to use with this machine.

Very pleased with this product, I used to have one like it but it broke. Works great. Only disappointed that it does not come with any of the pads and stuff. And the pads and stuff is not in the stores. Have to order any replacements and pads.

The orbital floor machine was easy to handle. It did a great job cleaning my tile floors and polishing my marble floors.

Very lightweight and easy to use. Cleans floor very well. Had to buy attachment separate. The long cord is good, however it gets in the way and we ended up running over it - sparks everywhere. That is why I did not give 5 stars. This is much better than hand scrubbing the floors!

In June I started my dry carpet cleaning business. Initially I was very pleased with this product. The price was very affordable compared to similar products on the market and it was very easy to use. It was also very versatile. Quite naturally being new to the industry I didn't really service very many customers. However, in spite of its moderate use, the motor of my orbiter went out on me after only five months. Fortunately, the product was still under the manufacturer's warranty and as a result Oreck did replace the old unit with a totally new one. Unfortunately, I had to be persistent and go through a lot of red tape before them doing so. If you purchase this product SAVE THE BOX; because if your unit conks out on you, you will have to ship them the old one. I purchased my unit from the Home Depot because it was about $130 cheaper than purchasing it from Oreck who charges $499 for the unit. Unfortunately, if you don't purchase the product from Oreck, Oreck Stores will try to charge you, despite it being under warranty/ This was a very frustrating ordeal. All in all it took them three weeks to send me a new one. If you do decide to purchase this product make sure you purchase the warranty with it. I had to shut down my business for three weeks. Never again.

After long week of work. We all want to relax in our house on a weekend but before that we have to clean the house first. I've tried to many products just to clean my floor to make it shiny n tidy but it take to much of my time and labor. With this product seems like I don't exert force and effort when cleaning. The cleaning time was cut into half while the cleanliness and shine was doubled. This product is awesome.

Compared to the cost of re-tiling, this floor machine vac is the perfect alternative for having a new looking floor. Even my old grimy grout regained its original color. Vac is very easy to use and does not require user to exert themselves. Selected chemical use assists the vac in doing its job.

The Oreck floor machine is terrific, and surprisingly easy to operate. But buyers beware - no accessories are included, and every surface type requires a different product set. So, you will get the machine, but you will not even be able to test if it functions until you order additional accessories - and they are pricey!! I found that at least the cleaning agents are interchangeable with readily available and cheaper similar products. My recommendation, order at least the required accessories for at least one floor type when you purchase.

This machine is wonderful - easy to operate & makes floors just shine! So happy I finally ordered it as it cuts down floorcare time - marvelous on tile floors.

I used it on my carpets that have been soiled by our pets. The dry cleaning method works really well. My carpets are old (20 years) and they look, smell and feel much better. In fact areas that had become stiff feeling from pet accidents is no longer that way. I also used it on my hardwood floors that have been abused by my tenants large dogs. I just used hardwood floor cleaner and the white scrubbing pad. The floors look so much better, I will not do the screening and sanding this time around. I also like the how easy the machine is to use. I do not have a lot of strength, but can handle this machine very well. Just wish home depot had some of the different bonnets and sanding screens for this great machine! Also, the customer service and shipping was prompt and flawless. I just bought the machine a couple weeks ago and used it twice. I mainly purchased it to clean grout lines on my ceramic tile. I was skeptical if it would work but it did a good job. didnt clean as good as expected but I think that was just the cleaning solution I used on the grout. (i might try peroxide with bleach next time to bring up more grime in the grout) Overall it was was better than scrubbing on my hands and knees and took less time. its lightweight and easy to use. I used the brush attachments on ceramic tile and grout. I tried it on my carpets also and it worked great so far, I have not seen any spot come back up yet. (use the cloth bonnet for carpet) I had a few estimates from cleaning companies to do the job and they quoted me $500-$600 to do my whole house only one time. It will surely be worth the value if its durable and lasts me awhile for future cleaning, and does not breakdown on me

It works great and is very easy to use. It has made a huge difference and really makes our facility look and feel better. It makes it much more inviting, and the employees love it because it makes their jobs easier.

This machine is very easy to use. Just turn it on and off. It does not require muscle to operate it. It is very smooth and efficient. I was able polish my 1300 square foot wood floors in two days. No sore back.

No more scrubbing dirty grout and tile on your hands and knees with this hard working machine. It works really well and is pretty quiet too. I do think it is a bit high priced but worth it if you have a large area to clean. Also wish it had come with brush and buffing attachments. I had to order two brushes and had to wait another week before I could use it. But overall happy with the performance and quality. Cleaned my dirty traffic area tile and grout well.

I have 2 good size dogs who have accidents, having tile floors the urine runs in the grout lines. I have tried every product and not liked the results. This product does the job, cleans the tile and grout lines perfectly. Am very happy with this product! Makes my tile and grout look like new. I also have cats and 2 of them are sprayers, this product gets the spray residue out of tile and grout also. Love this product! having a round disc, doesn't do corners well but that is understandable, does along the walls great. it has a very long heavy cord. Would like the disc be a little larger.

The machine works adequately but not a miracle machine.

This machine is nothing short of amazing. I have two dogs and keeping floors clean has always been a challenge, especially tile and grout. The Orbiter does a great job making all my floors look like new -- tile and hardwood, and dry-cleaning my carpets, too. It's a commercial grade machine that does not disappoint, and very easy to use. Over the years I've tried numerous competitor machines, and none can hold a candle to this. It really does the job!
