I ordered the faucet through Home Depot online at the local Home Depot. It arrived in a box with plastic wrap protecting the chromed pieces. I arranged for a plumber to install it since one of my water shut off valves was leaking and the other was frozen. After faucet was installed the plastic wrap was removed from the downspout I noticed the it was scared. I was so disappointed. Now if I wanted to return the defective downspout I would have to shut off the water to the kitchen and wait until the new downspout arrived. I am guessing at least two weeks since that's how long the faucet took to ship. Other then that the faucet works as expected. Very heavy and sturdy and the chrome plating looks thick. A very quality piece. But hey have to pack it for shipping a lot better!

This faucet was very easy to install. However in my double sink, the faucet head is too close to the tip of the handles, due to the bend on the tube being far too sharp to be viable. I have trouble getting pots under the faucet. I will be looking for a different set.

Easy to install, well made, but the arc of the gooseneck is so tight it doesn't even reach the center of the sink. This is more of a bar faucet then a kitchen faucet. Very unhappy!

The faucet is great. I give it 5 stars. The installer was also good, when he finally showed up. Note: I would find a new plumbing installation company in Houston. The office staff was rude and arrogant. And finally, I also order new hoses. The wrong hoses were sent. I have been dealing with this issue since July 9th.

Well made, easy to install, does not leak, Spout could have been taller and wider to be perfect.

This faucet is made very solidly out of brass and stainless; the head is securly fastened to the base with the option of a swivel or fixed position. The wing-lever handles can be replaced if you do not care for the hospital look.

Nice with a substantial feel of heavy and durable quality. AND it's all metal...no plastic!!! Five year warranty....can't beat that with two sticks!
