I purchased this 2-pole thermostat to replace the unit that had become defective in an Intertherm bathroom baseboard heater. It was an exact replacement and has this far worked flawlessly.

No not at all very dissatisfied! It was defective and would not work properly. I discarded it and used a Honeywell wall thermostat. Will not use this brand again!

Old Wall heater barely worked. New switch went right in and now switch functions correctly. Best deal on switches.

Product not identical to oem part that failed, but close enough. Instructions were a bit confusing as wiring on original failed Product was elaborate. A few comments about the design of the poem equipment would help.

Worked well to replace my Marley/ Berlin thermostat. Had to cut the shaft off about 3/8”.

According to the licensed electrician it is faulty and I need to find a replacement.

I ordered two thermostats. One was fine. The other began not turning on even when the dial was turned all the way up. I am returning it, and tried ordering another but could not get order to happen online, with no explanation. After several attempts by customer service they said apparently none in stock. Finally able to order again today, two weeks later.

Great purchase love these heaters

The thermostat is just what we needed. But the installation directions were really inadequate. It took me 3 visits to Home Depot and 2 calls to tech support to figure out just which of the many black wires to connect to. But now the heater is in and works great.

The new product really took care of my problem

Purchased to give me ability to completely turn off wall heater. The stock thermostat would always turn heater on if temp was below ~35°F. Easy to install. Paid for itself in 2 months.
