I emailed Clopay In response to their comment on my review. Never heard back in my area. They shipped the doors to the subcontractor who does the installs so if you don’t get an installation done, the subcontractor is responsible for delivering it. It arrived way late because they only come my area a couple Times a month. They only delivered one tension spring when my 16’ needed two. Now I’m waiting for clopay to get back to me. Can’t use my garage door at all.

More important than how it looks, is the quality of the door. It is made so well. I’m sure it will last a lifetime.

Constantly getting looks and attention from builders and people driving by my house. I keep the garage at 65 year round in Minnesota and barely see any increased cost from the gas/ electric company. Quiet and smooth rolling paired with my lift master 8500w’s.

I bought a 18x7 foot gallery dark oak door with 4 long windows and upgraded hardware because of the door width. Very satisfied with my purchase. Lots of complements from various neighbors. It definitely gives the house a upscale look .

WE love the new garage door , it runs smooth and looks great, complimented of new entry door very nicely and completed the new street look we were trying to achieve. It replaced a heavy old composite uninsulated builders door and was a huge upgrade over the original.

Cloplay, customer service was great ordered 2 7x9 garage doors carriage style with windows. The look and quality was what i expected. One of the doors was found to have broken glass, but home depot and cloplay worked together to get me a new upper section with glass It had arrived broken as well but the glass the was broken on the opposite side. So i switched the window assembly and finished my install. I added garage door oppeners and all is working great. My Wife and i are happy with our purchase. Thank you for working with us cloplay.

We are very satisfied with this door. It looks AMAZING when we pull up to our home. The installers were courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and professional in every way.

We purchased 2 matching doors for our house (16ft and 8ft). They are Good Looking Doors, we got the privacy glass in the top section, the handles, and the upgraded track and hardware. I only wish they sold matching paint, we later purchased a walk in door, and we tried to match the paint color as close as possibile, but it is still slightly off.

Garage door and opener are awesome upgrades to my home! The install was quick and professional, too. I’d highly recommend Clopay to anyone in the market for a new garage door!

The garage doors we installed are the envy of our neighbors. These doors are great quality and are extremely solid. When it comes to garage doors it does'nt get any better then this.

My wife and I are delighted with our new Clopay garage door. The arched windows with the wrought iron inlays added classy styling to the finshed look, and we also opted for the powder black coated door tracking which really set the garage off giving a nice finshing touch. We could not be happier.

We bought the insulated doors to keep out the Minnesota winters and love everything about them...the color is a nice brown and has wood grain that follows the door pieces as if it was real wood. I also like the no maintenance...we just replaced a real wood door that was coming apart after only 8 years.

Excellent quality door that totally enhanced the appearance of my home and its a sturdy and well made product that should last and comes with a great warranty. Really glad to have chosen this product.

We have had to have the cables replaced, within 2 months because it got really noisy when closing. The owner/installer of the company we purchased the doors from said this is something he has seen before and replaced immediately.

I had never heard of Clopay until my installer mentioned the company. So glad that he did as this is by far the nicest garage door I have seen. The quality SCREAMS at you. I have had many compliments from my neighbours even though my double garage door is in a back lane. By far the nicest garage door in my neighbourhood. Back lane or front street!

We love our new garage and front door! The best thing is I never have to worry about staining real wood doors anymore every year for touch up.

Made several improvements but the most notable one was replacement of our 17’ garage door. Was looking for a great looking, durable, high R value insulated door. The bonus plan were the insulated windows that added lots of natural light in our garage. Our neighbors and friends have all complemented the stunning good looks of this door, we love it!

It's exactly what we wanted for our modern farmhouse, a clean timeless look. Faux wood that looks like the real deal but low maintenance and long lasting. Blown away by their customer service. I was having a hard time deciding if I wanted to install the decorative hardware or not. They reached out to me and connected me with other customers on instagram, who installed the same garage doors, to help me decide. Recommended if my home had more rustic details, hardware could enhance it. Decided to leave off the hardware for a more modern look. It's really a personal preference. The doors look amazing with the hardware and without! There's so many design decisions you have to make during a build or remodel. I wanted to write this review because seeing real pictures of peoples' homes helped me make my decision. I am so happy with this product!
